HOTEL ABU INN

I had a great stay at Best Hotel Abu Inn in Mount Abu with my friends. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The location is perfect, with beautiful views and close to popular attractions. We enjoyed the delicious food, and the service was prompt. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Mount Abu with friends.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family for one night, and we were very disappointed. The room was unhygienic and lacked cleanliness. We decided to leave the hotel without having breakfast because they were running late, and the staff's behavior was unprofessional. The food was also of poor taste. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. I'm unsure how others gave it a good rating—this hotel is definitely not deserving of even one star.

Worst food you can get is from the in house restaurant. They have a weird policy of no cancellation or refund after you order food. It was already sketchy enough but still decided to get it. As my instinct it was the worst food, panner was not cooked straight out of fridge with masala, rice was atleast 2 days old looks like microwaved curry tasted like crap. Just get the room which is pretty decent for the price but never order food

No hot water, no cleanliness in rooms. Ants and flies wander in rooms. Bedsheets are not clean. Bad odour comes from room. Breakfast not allowed before 8am, they dont even pick calls and refuse on call. They argue to check out fast else they will start charging extra. Called them 2 months in advance for a single room, they agreed. When we went, they said its booked. Dont go here just because price is low. You wont get required service.
