Hotel Sagar Palace

One of the worst hotels in Abu. We booked total 6 rooms here in room. 102 room issues - Bathroom had lights in it. (We asked the manager about change the lights) He told to use "MOBILE'S your FLASHLIGHT". I mean seriously ? They we asked for different room. He changed our to roof top room 606 room issues - Rooms walls had water leaking marks. Furniture had weird smell. Comman issues in service No hot water in morning from floor 3 to 6. Food has to taste. ( Don't even dare to taste here my group people got sick 😷 after that ) They provide watery tea in broken tea set. ( All cup's had dents on the edge). You can't sleep at night because there's train station right next to this building. And there windows are not sound proof at all. That 1 star is only for the working TV and attentive room service .

मैं इस होटल में 5 December 2024 को ठहरा, पूरी रात नींद नहीं आयी क्योंकि होटल के एकदम पीछे रेल्वे ट्रैक है जंहा रात भर ट्रेन चलती हैं इतनी तेज गति की उस के हॉर्न और आवाज के कारण कोई भी सही से सो नहीं पाता है, सुबह चाय का बोला तो जवाब आया कि बस स्टैंड पर खुद को ही जाकर पीना है, उसके बाद 10.10 बजे तक 3 बार दरवाजा खटखटाया कि आपका चेक आउट टाइम्स हो गया है, जबकि अबु रोड स्थित तलहटी में बहुत सी ऐसी होटल है जो 12 बजे तक का चेक आउट सुविधा प्रदान करते हैं ishliye सागर होटल में नहीं रुकने की सलाह देता हूं l

I stayed in this hotel on 5 December 2024, did not sleep the whole night because there is a railway track just behind the hotel where trains run throughout the night at such a high speed that no one is able to sleep properly due to their horns and noises, in the morning When asked for tea, the reply came that you have to go to the bus stand yourself and drink it, after that till 10.10 I knocked on the door 3 times that your check out time has been done, whereas there are many such hotels in the foothills of Abu Road. Which provide check out facility till 12 noon, I would recommend not to stay at Ishliye Sagar Hotel.
