OYO 19758 Hotel Narayani Palace

HORRIBLE ! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! I booked through GoIbibo On reaching the hotel after a long drive, i was told in a very flat manner: "no ! We don't have your booking. We have stopped taking online booking" On asking, what shall I do now ? I have a booking. Immediately the receptionist fired up and started telling in high voice that you should call before coming here. I don't have this price of rooms. My room prices are high ... Blah blah. I was in no mood for quarrels. So I came out and roam around in such a festival time where all hotels are packed. THIRD CLASS GOONS. Update: Later when i talked to goIbibo customer care. They contacted the hotel, and not surprisingly, the hotel people claimed that ''no one came for check-in" !! Such liars.

This place is simply breath-taking. Away from the noise, the crowd and the pollution, Hotel Narayani Palace comes like a lungful of fresh air - literally. Surrounded by mountains, this Hotel is a boon to nature lovers. Their service was prompt and staff was polite. ||The rooms were nice.. , had a nice view. || ||The Hotel offers a all inclusive meal plan and Food was excellent.|| ||The staff though was extremely helpful and made all efforts to accommodate our requests.||||Go to Hotel Narayani Palace for it's great views & helpful staff and excellent food.

We stayed at this newly built OYO affiliated hotel near Talahati for our 3rd marriage anniversary celebrations! The hotel is nice with clean rooms and garden overlooking view from the main balcony! The owner of the hotel and the server Bharat are extremely nice hospitable people who always tries to accommodate your requests! ||The hotel is approx 18 kms from Mount Abu and 8 kms from the Abu road railway station which is perfectly placed for people who wish to stay in the town! Conveyances are easily available! They happily extended our C/O time till 3:30 pm as we had a bus to catch at 4:00 pm for Udaipur! Overall a perfect 5 on 5 for overall stay experience but people booking this hotel for Mount Abu needs to re think because of location!||Thanks - Sourav Chowdhury!

Very cool and humble staff, and spot is a steady and delightful place. Whatever is a taste of food of Rajasthani style its a wonderful and what say about GAZER KA HALWA its a awsome.Water has dried up in the mouth. More fun on less cost. God bless u very own owner and all staff

Amazing location. Delicious, authentic food. Thumbs up for cleanliness and hygiene. Had a lovely time with My family in the peaceful environment in the resort. Would love to come back again and again to rejuvenate.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! I booked through Goibibo. When we reached for check in, they refused by asking for more amount and started abusing me and my family members. They asked us to leave the hotel eventhough it was late night. A horrific experience. After multiple calls to customer care, goibibo refunded the full amount. DONT GET MISLEADED BY FAKE HIGH RATING OF THIS HOTEL.

Such a nice hotel where you will fill very comfortable. The house keeping service is also nice. The place where you fill like home.
