★★★★★Stayed here 4 nights during the Pushkar Camel Fair. The family are lovely and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious, wifi works very well. The food was great. The family really helped me during the rupee debacle and allowed me to stan an extra night even though all the rooms were booked, they let me sleep in their personal bedroom and they slept at a neighbours. Nice pool! It's a great place!

★★★★★Away from the bustle ... Good views from higher rooms. WiFi and food and a little garden and there's a pool next door you can use. I'm not sure how it is for women to be oggled there at the pool though. The owners are really nice and have kids so its a budget option in family place. The drive in is not pretty but the place is fine. ..

★★★★This guesthouse is very good for backpackers. There is regular room, nice family and a lovely swimming pool. You are a bit out (300m) of the city which is good because less noisy. Looking for cheap guesthouse, this is one of the best....

NillVery nice clean rooms with personal balconies. Family owned place and home cooked food. Away from the noisy city but walkable from the lake. Reasonable price. Couldn't ask for a better place.

★I wasn't provided with what I was promised when I booked this property through a third party website. My room -- an Economy room -- didn't have a tea table, chair, or balcony either, which is to say the very facilities the property's own website claims they offer. More to this, my room had no doormat, no dustbin, no wall hangers which I presume aren't 'luxuries'. It was more a four-walled enclosure than a room. I've uploaded pictures to document the state of the room: the floor tile right at the entrance was broken, the electrical wires were unconcealed and all hanging loose which I believe is hazardous, the window glass-pane was broken, the shower knob broken, the toilet as dirty as public toilets, and the cistern/toilet-flush dripping leaving a part of the bathroom always clogged. Moreover, we've faced water shortage. I felt totally deceived.

★★To begin with I must say that family run property extends a warm family environment which indeed is a definite plus.||||The property however is poorly maintained. ||1. The bed creaked with every turn.||2. The windows would not close.||3. The bathroom door wouldn't close||4. The commode is broken and dirty.||5. The linen is cheap and overused.||||It is certainly not worth the rates they charge and at best should be less than 50%.||||The family is very cordial - but you cannot keep bothering their privacy for a coffee or tea every now and again - that's not what we are used to.||||An early checkout is literally impossible since they do not wake up before 7. If you are a photographer - forget about a 5:30AM coffee.||||If you are lucky, like I was, you could build a rapport with the people around - and they'd let you make your own coffee at whatever hour you want to.||||Not a place where one would want to stay a second time.
