Hotel Sunstays Rooms

I stayed here for 2 days. Initially, we had a conversation with both the hotel manager and the owner regarding the charges. The hotel operates strictly by the owner’s check-in/check-out rules. They also require full payment in advance before allowing you into the room. The owner is quite elderly and, frankly, comes across as arrogant. At first, they speak to you very sweetly to convince you to stay, but during checkout, their attitude completely changes. They suddenly increase the room tariff and refuse to listen to your side of the story, acting as if they're the sole authority. One of the exact words I heard was something like, "Don’t try to teach me anything—I’m not a fool running this hotel." The rooms are neat and clean, which is a plus, but the rates are expensive, and the place is not easy to find. Not the best experience overall.

Rating: 0/5 Hotel Sunstay is not even worthy of one star. It’s on a narrow street with no real parking, despite claims otherwise. The toilet flush kept failing despite multiple complaints and repairs. The premises felt unsafe due to numerous stray dogs, even inside the hotel. The environment was unwelcoming, with warning stickers and fines posted everywhere. TV and remote didn’t work, also blanket was torn and many amenities listed online were missing. Would not recommend.

There are better options than this place. The reception staff’s attitude was not welcoming. While the bus stand is conveniently nearby and the rooms are decent, the service overall could have been better.

"I had an excellent stay at Hotel Sunstays! The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Best place to stay in Ajmer with family, affordable and clean place. All attractions are nearby. The staff were very friendly, I got double charged because of the Gpay payment delay, but I noticed it after 4 days and as I informed them they refunded it instantly.

Comfortsble beds and rooms are clean and spacious and tastefully decorated with excellent assistance provided by staff.Staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the city's attractions.I highly recommend Hotel Sunstays for a memorable day in Ajmer.

behavior of old man hotel owner is rude. even they take 30 minut for photocopy of id. Their printer not working. Ring my room bell at night 2:00 am. I wake up at 6:00 am ask them for tea they say we dont have milk, at 7:00 am i call them again they say our cook is on holiday. Never go to this hotel again.
