OYO 18849 Hotel Raj Shikhar

We had a nice stay in this hotel. Rooms were clean and neat. There's no room heater. That is the only flaw because we stayed there in peak winter. Improve your standard by providing room heater and bucket and mug in the bathroom. I loved your pets there. 6 pairs of swans and the lawn.. ❤️

It was a totally disaster place, things start from as soon as you check in there is no parking space as you have to park outside on road. We checked in late , we booked 2 rooms, we were escorted by the hotel staff as we were about to enter our room ooops we noticed there was no door handle, tv was not working, pillows without pillow case, duvet without cover, wires hanging, toilet not cleaned. We were tired so we slept. For the breakfast there was only one option stuff paratha that was also stuffed with Green chilli and red chilli powder. Served on a newspaper. Water was served in old used plastic bottles. Cups were chiped on the corners. Even we told them our experience they didn't react on it, they just smile and left. The amount what we have paid and service or the quality what we get didn't worth it.

It's good hotel. You will get breakfast and tea in morning. No specific kitchen in place for additional food order but surrounding having lots of food restaurants. So nothing to worry about food. It's near by Ajmer bus stand so it is additional advantage. Neat and clean room with AC, Tata sky. Lawn is in good condition and you can walk early morning or in night. Staff members also good. Outside temperature in October is 30 to 33 celcius. Improvement Area :- hotel based kitchen is required.

It's a new place so everything is neat and tidy. The building has a nice lawn with ducks roaming here and there. A dining area would be nice, if that's too much, a table or two in the lawn would be just perfect. Also they could add more options for breakfast.

Worst oyo hotel i have ever been stay. No breakfast,lunch or dinner facility. Room is full of AC noise, one can not sleep with this irritating noise. No landline working in room. You will not get drinking water bottle if you stay here, bring your own water facility with you. Staff is very rude and non cooperative

It is a average hotel with so so emenities the best thing i like about this hotel is greenery and the pets. The rooms condition was not so good but it is okay if we compare with the price range I think the hotel management should work on it so that's more and more visitors get's attract towards your property.

This is an average property, however, not bad for a night or two stay. Stayed in it when visiting Ajmer for an official work. The location is good as near the bus station. the staff is polite. Cleanliness was okay.

It is a newly opened OYO property, you will find some lacking in their service but any how they will provide what you desire, staff is very helpful property is clean and atmosphere is also silent and calm... What they need to work on is their time of service and kitchen.
