Pros: Location is very close to Dargah, Rates are not too high, Cons: Bad Room Service, Bad Hotel Food, Bad cutlery Book only if you can book within 1-1.5k

The manager's behaviour is very bad. These people provide very bad service. At the time of room booking, they say something else and provide some other service. The manager does not have the manars to talk to the customers.It is my opinion that one should never come to this hotel .

Did not meet my expectations..wash room was very dirty, no place to keep the shampoos etc, the buckets mugs were not washed for years..there were peagons outside of exahust fan window...sheeting all the time in the was basin..the phone was not working most of the time...no hot water on first day..after wardss it was there...food was ok but costly.

I'm fully dissatisfied with behaviour of manager and staff. They don't have manners, how to treat with the customers they were shouting and misbehave to us...also said that ''Hmare yahan Aisa he hota h'' I suggest to guys never ever visit to this hotel.

Hotel was quite good in but the staff and the manager is improper. After getting full payment from customer they doesn't listen customer problem. I faced certain issues like Hot water is not there in first day after that Air Comdition is not working properly and the service boy switch off the main connection of our rooms for two days , and when we are leaving hotel they charge unnecessary things in food that we are not ordered. So I would recommend not go to this hotel

I stayed with my family here from 23rd Dec - 25th Dec , They charged us 2100 per day , Frankly speaking we did not had any problem during our stay , Staff was co-operative , rooms are cleaned everyday and bedsheets are changed on alternate days only. It is my suggestion that you ask about GST and everything prior to booking a room. During my check-out, I got a proper bill with GST. The restaurant food is also okay. This hotel is 5 minutes' walk from Dargah. Overall, this is a good place to stay.

Well known hotel in ajmer Sharif, and very near to dargah. Affordable terrif during, staff was also good and friendly. Cleanness 4 stars.
