Hotel Silver Tree

I recently stayed at , HOTEL SILVER TREE and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, the service was lackluster. The check-in process was slow and disorganized, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I have stayed in many hotels until now, but this was the worst experience I ever had. We booked two rooms, one with double with queen size beds in it and the other had one queen size bed. Nothing was working properly, be it taps in the bathroom or the bidet showers. God, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to my enemies. They charged us 5,600 for 1 night and that also without AC. I regret not booking the hotel prior to our trip! Aight, we booked two taxis from the hotel to go visit Jaipur and Pushkar. Dirty vans, and rude drivers. The driver was arguing with my mother badly. Also, if we talk about a common understanding, if you book a can from the hotel, so it should leave you back at the hotel but the driver left us at Anasagar Lake without even informing us that he wouldn't be waiting for us when we came out.

Room stuff are not clean. In my experience I complaint 3 to 4 times for change it but they didn't respond and finally I went with that dirty pillow and bedsheet for changing them.

Hotel silver Tree nice hotel superb. Service as well as way of taking super lift service and other.. Room is so clean and clear spl. Manager is nice way to attend customers and genual rate. Near to dargah sharief near 600m. Plz come and enjoy service. Nice experience Reyaz Banday District Poonch Jammu and kashmir.
