Hotel A-One Star

It was very worst experience for me, By mistake I had paid twice from GPay due to bad network. When I told they to give cash they denied that they are running out of cash and they told our owner Mr. Vinay Sharma will refund the extra amount. After check out two three days later I called him and told the story he told me by the end of the day he will return my extra amount. After that he never picked up my call as well as not got my money refund. Requesting you all never ever visit to this hotel. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

They have cockroachs 🪳 all around the room. The staff is very rude. After taking 3 days money. When we told them cockroaches they said they will spray but ultimately the cockroaches comes out in dark. When we told them we would leave that same day. They reduced for refund even took 1200rs/day charge. Worst hotel I have ever visited and poor staff. It's better to check rooms before taking any room in ajmer and totally avoid this hotel. I don't even understand how these people are commenting good about this hotel they all might be bought.

Worst hotel ever . I cry that I didnt see the reviews before visting this hotel. DONT GO HERE , I REPEAT DONT GO HERE . They take advance money for all days. The rates are higher compared to other far better hotels. They ask you to use stairs and not lift as you are heavy. DANGER ----THERE ARE COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE IN THE HOTEL. you will notice them only after you have taken the room . And you CANT SLEEP HERE . Coachroaches will also be in your food and drinks The owner is very rude . He may abuse you . He will say that you chose the hotel yourself and taken your own responsibility. He will not return the money and will just say he will clean the room and spray medicine . The spray has no effect . Even the staff is very rude In reviews it can easliy be told that the place has coachroaches from the very beginning and he tells the customers to sleep with coachroaches only. The bed sheets and covers are very dirty . They are definitely not for human beings We went there for exams so could not afford the wastage of time but still wasted the last day of preparation of exam .. Don't waste you money on this stupid hostel . Instead use railway station clockhouse and the paid waiting rooms. Worst experience in hotel ever. After 1 day we changed to a 100 times better hotel in the same price

Booked room with owner via mobile. He called up to hotel and after reaching started informing that rooms has got full within short span of time even after booking it with him. His manager started to provide common cheap rooms at high prices with common washroom for gents and ladies both. Called up to hotel with family and then informs no rooms and tries to sell cheap rooms with more payments.

Not a good place to stay. 1. Their room service is pathetic. You have to ask for everything to receptionist face to face. And even if you ask them to change the bedsheet or pillow covers, they will not do it but also don't refuse for it at the same time. The telephone in the room doesn't work. There isn't any way to contact receptionist,you have to go downstairs on the ground floor to meet him. 2. Rooms are very dirty. Dust and blackness is all around the floor even after asked to clean the room. 3.There are cockroaches around every corner of the room including your bed, almirah as well as bathroom. 4. Their bathrooms are not even clean. 5. No dustbin is provided in the room or bathroom. One dustbin which is provided outside the room is always full. There are some good facilities too including availability of lift and drinking water. Geyser is also provided. Overall did not have a pleasant stay.
