Worst hotel staff they don't giving permission to use lift and also don't have a sense how to talk with there customer.

Worst hotel ever. Very very dirty. Very stinky bathroom, dirty. When we said to clean, they said it's already clean. But it was very dirty, bedsheets were covered in stains red, yellow, black. Floors were full of ants, dust. We asked for electric kettle, they brought broken kettle without cap and dirty, I called at reception, they told they have only one kettle and it's broken, and when I called two times to clean the kettle , they didn't even came. Worst worst hotel ever.

Worst hotel. They don't take oyo bookings. They denied my check in. They asked cash payment of 1000 rs. I did prepaid payment on oyo but they asked me to cancel it and pay more money in cash. Me and my guests waited one hour at hotel entry gate. This is very unprofessional. After so many calls to oyo customer care they finally allowed us. Rooms are not cleaned and smells & parts of cigarettes were in rooms. Blankets were burnt with cigarettes and holes were there too. Washroom locked was broken. Curtains handle were broken. This hotel is very disappointing. I not recommend at all.

We just stayed here and this is the worst place I’ve ever been to. Bathroom was dirty, there was no lock on the bathroom door and on top of that the toilet seat was broken. Bedsheets was not washed and were stinking. When asked the staff to change the room they were rude and receptionist(Ashish) was disrespectful. This isn’t even a 1 star hotel. I saw the online pictures and booked it but they are far from the reality.

A hotel good location but bad service, rooms are smelly, no air ventilation, linens are not changed even after asking. It's a very noisy place, you can't even sleep properly .

We had bad experiences. Room was dirty and unhygienic. Hotel owner was rude .It is best for lovebirds not for family. Party was going on the night of 26th feb23 and we couldn't sleep whole night. Hotel staff didn't helped us behaved rudely with us .They insisted to book hotel direct with them not through oyo .

I don't really fuss a lot about hotel stays nor am I very picky when it comes to accomodations while travelling as we spend very less time indoors......it should be a decent place...clean bed and I am good to go.....we mostly opt for OYO rooms and the experience has mostly been pleasant....but this time it wasn't.......the only good thing about the rooms was the cleanliness....I would give 5* to the hygiene🙏.....but other than that I can't think of anything....to begin with they don't have parking space....that means you literally just park your car on the road and keep peeping out of the window to see if it's still there 🤪.....the rooms are not small...they are very small....so you keep bumping into bed and other furniture 🤦🏻‍♀️....coming to water...they gave us an option to choose from packed or RO water....now if they have RO why would one pay for the packed ones.🤷...but we did cause the RO water had a wierd taste 🤢.....last but the definitely not the least....the prepaid breakfast was the biggest joke.....they give Maggie!!!!! And that too I am sure was made from the 5₹ packet...the breakfast seemed smaller than the room 🤦🏻‍♀️....the staff no doubt was decent so full points on that as well.....and we are happy that we still have our car!!!

We just stayed there and had the worst experience ever, the bathroom was dirty and bedsheets were stinking. The receptionist (Ashish) was disrespectful. I don't understand how can oyo let someone like him let run the place.
