Hotel Samrat

I stayed here in December 2024. Below is my experience - 1. I was allowed to checkout late at 2pm. Staff didn't ask for any extra money. 2. Staff helped me by arranging a scooter for day 1 and cab for day 2. They also guided me with the plan for 2 days along with latest updates about those places 3. Rooms were though very small with very little space to open suitcases but they were very clean and well equiped. 4. Food at the restaurant was extremely tasty. The price was very nominal yet the restaurant was very modern and stylish. Additionlly it also served alcohol which is very rare in Ajmer. 5. Property is within 500 meters from railway station

I recently stayed at hotel Samrat and had an excellent experience!The front office Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful,making the check -In process smooth and enjoyable.They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, answering all my questions and providing great recommendations for local attractions.the service throughout my visit was outstanding and I truly felt valued as a guest I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a friendly and professional atmosphere.

It was an excellent stay. Service was very good and behaviour of all staff was also excellent. Especially Mr Azad in front office was much helpful.
