Hotel Metro Inn

I stayed at Hotel Metro Inn and was disappointed by the poor service in arranging a visit to the dargah. The staff was unhelpful and disorganized, making the experience frustrating. I expected better assistance for such a simple request.

Recently i had a business visit of Ajmer City. This is a good medium budget hotel and good hospitality. Has all facilities. It is just a bit old but the rooms and the beds and towels are all clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I had breakfast at the hotel and it was good too.

Staff is not at all user friendly. Rooms are not worth the price. No management in the hotel. Avoid this place even if they pay you to stay there.

One of the best budgeted hotels in Ajmer. Walking distance from Railway Station & 2-3kms from Bus Stand. Reason for giving 5* is they give best value for money you spend there. If you are looking for a budgeted hotel with good facilities & comfortable this is the one to stay & enjoy. We gave Rs1900/day(inclusive Tax) for a 3 Bed room, and stayed for 3days. Even for 2days we were 4 persons staying & they din't charge extra us for that. You can pay by any mode of payment. And also most important thing "you can find lower prices in person than online booking", so try rates at booking counter first. They provide you some 3-4* hotel facilities. Hotel staff was very polite & makes you feel comfortable. Car parking is available but limited approx 4-5cars and a person is available to guide you everytime you park or take the car out. Waiters are available for in-room service weather it's food, drinks, medicine, or others as well as house keeping. Rooms were clean & size was also good. Beds were same as like of some resorts, very comfortable & fluffy. Also a sofa, 2 chairs & table, Fridge, LED, a wardrobe, a dressing/luggage table and side tables with drawers were there in room. Bathroom had almost all the things like hot & cold water 24/7, shampoo, conditioner, handwash, body lotion dispensers. They have WiFi. They also have Bar within the hotel.

Very rude and bad behaviour of staff. Overpriced and not hygienic. Would suggest find another options as you'll find better hotels in lower prices.

In this hotel room is so so And service is also so so. Here watchman is good person he is like as a family member. His behavior is good. His service is also better. But hotel service is so so. Some time very slowly and late. Some time fast.
