NillFirst of all, the receptionist was very rude to me, when I told him that I had soft copy of the ID. He asked me to get the photocopy of ID, from outside. They don't have printer also. Secondly, the room was suffocating andirritating. Thirdly, when I asked them to change blanket, the attendant simply denied. He said it's clean and I can not change it..

NillThe hotel is managed by two aged and irritated person. At the time of booking, they will fake the goodness of the hotel but your expectations will meet harsh reality. They have only one Ac room, thats why the insist you to take normal room by saying that the rooms are cold enough. But actually the rooms are suffocating and hot. When ask for water, you have to wait hours. The bathroom taps are not working, I had to take bath with hot water in summer. The overall experience is very very bad. I recommend not to go for this high rated hotel.

NillHotel rooms are very good it's a new property. But the hotel manager is very arrogant. The service is just so worst. During my stay we were the only one who were staying in the hotel as we were going on the way to pushkar thought of halting at this hotel as it was about to 2 am at night and we said we will be checking out in the morning around at 8 or 9 am. The receptionist called in the room at 7:30am and disturbed our sleep and ask to leave. When I said y called so early he rudely replied that the time is over. Just for 7hrs he gave that room for full price. Upon that he refused to on the air-conditioning saying due to covid situation can't on the air-conditioning. I told him that even I'm a part of this hospitality industry as I owe a hotel and I have been through many hotels to stay during this covid situation but no one refused to on the air conditioning still he was so arrogant and shut the room door and left. In the morning when I called the reception and asked for a towel, he replied the owner has refused to give towel to the guests because of this covid situation. If this hotel is so afraid of corona then y don't you shut the hotel and be relaxed. Y are you taking so much money from guest and not delivering what they want.

NillMoney minded staff, 1200rs me room deal kiya but at the time of billing asking 1500rs. Room's has different connection for AC and need to ask them for switching on repeatedly. Not a tolerable environment.
