I am an European female solo traveller who had some issues with my (another hotel) reservation in Alwar, so I had to cancel everything and just walked around, quite upset, asking for a room, as I was struggling to find one and had really bad communication problems, since I can´t speak any Hindi .I was lucky enough to end up in Sparrow Inn, where Afsana even came out (to the road) to have a chat with me and she kind of adopted me and looked after me during my stay. She is one of the kindest people I´ve met in India.Extremely helpful and supportive, making sure all my needs were covered and I felt ok at all times . She gave me a great room and sorted everything for me to go to Sariska . Her English is absolutely perfect. I felt very safe there and Afsana made sure I had a great experience during my stay. She is very calm and smart, really efficient performing her duties and it´s not only that she is good at her job, but also has a special empathy , as she understood straight away the way I was feeling and made everything she could so I had a very pleasant stay there. She was amazing at all times . Thank you so much for your kindness, Afsana.You really made a difference .You are an angel !

1. Rooms are average but linen are dirty and also no proper hot water supply was there and the bucket and mug provided were in very bad shape and dirty condition. 2. The women at reception desk are not much trained and dont know how to recieve or speak with guests. Even after having a proper prepaid booking they made us wait for 40 minutes as a small error was there in name inclusion and for that also they charged extra amount of 1000rs per day. 3. When we checked in we are the only guests in the hotel due to which they didnt even provide basic needs also until asked and they didnt even kept on the lights in the corridor. 4. I am giving those 2 stars (in fact 4 stars they deserve) also for the restuarant staff who are very kind and friendly and provided timely fresh food.

Rooms clean but small, food is the worst and charges for food extensive. Location is in the market so no good view only polution. Parking is good. So go here if you have work to do at market but won't eat here.

Do not book online. All listings online are fake. They will call you and make you cancel your booking yourself. They will not even cancel from their end, you will have to call the online agency and get it cancelled. Very disrespectful on the phone and told us they do not care if all our money is lost. Highly unprofessional attitude.

They Stay was comfortable. Faced a bit issue with Rooms Hospitality : As Handwash , Moisturizer were not available in good condition but rather diluted by too much water. Food : Major Drawback for Vegetarian, as no separate kitchen available ( lunch & dinner) At breakfast non vegetarian isn't prepared much so on our special request Jain food was prepared. But still we couldn't eat with assurance of being prepared with a separate utensils for Vegetarian food. (Kitchen being yet shared with Non vegetarian) Good service by Mr. Narendra.
