Red Fox by Lemon Tree Hotel, Alwar

My stay at the Red Fox by Lemon Tree Hotel in Alwa lasted from November 6 to December 17, 2024, which allowed me to thoroughly experience both its services and overall quality.||The hotel’s restaurant deserves special recognition for offering dishes of a high standard. The menu is well thought out, and every meal was characterized by bold flavors. (Congratulations to the chefs!) Breakfasts were good (though during such a long stay, I personally missed having cheese and cold cuts), but there’s certainly something for everyone, with options catering to both fans of local cuisine and those preferring international dishes. The restaurant staff, especially Ms. Shikha and the gentlemen on the service team, were professional and always smiling, significantly enhancing the dining experience. (A big plus for the restaurant and kitchen team.)||There are, however, some downsides that need improvement. The housekeeping staff occasionally forgot to leave towels in the room or neglected cleaning the floors, which were sometimes dirty, among other details I’d prefer not to elaborate on. (Housekeeping is a definite drawback.)||That said, the hotel staff as a whole is a key asset of Red Fox. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and kind. Thanks to them, I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.||In summary, my stay at Red Fox by Lemon Tree was very enjoyable. The excellent food and exceptional staff make this hotel worth recommending to anyone looking for a good place to stay in the area for an extended period.||In a few days, I will return there, and I hope my next review will have no downsides.

One of my worst experiences. The parking is cramped. And you need assistance to park in or out. The staff is terrible. First they said I don't have any pending outstanding during checkout but after an hour I receive a call that I have pending bill. I had to drive back 40 min to solve the issue. Lastly, I asked for a hand towel and the staff said they don't provide hand towel. Lastly, they don’t have any respect for anyone. Look at the so called jokes they have posted in men washroom. Highly recommended to not stay here.

A great stay in the city of Alwar. If you are looking for a premium stay then consider Redfox Hotels. We attended a wedding in Alwar and had our stay at Redfox. Not only they are concerned about their hospitality but easily accessible too. A big thumbs up to them.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere and the view from the room is just fantastic and all the people are in hotel including staff, reception are very good ||And I also thanks a lot to Shailendra sir for providing us such a great dinner and all type of help we need during stay, his Nature is well and good if you are planning for a stay so just go for it

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was highly unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. The level of hygiene was shockingly poor: Unhygienic Environment: There was a terrible smell coming from the kettle in the room. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Secondly Cockroach Infestation: To make matters worse, there were cockroaches crawling in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, the environment was super unhygienic, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This hotel needs serious improvements in both cleanliness and staff training

The entire experience from check-in, stay and check-out was seamless. kudos to the entire staff for making it memorable for us. The central location also makes it easy for visiting tourist and leisure attractions. I will definitely stay again and recommend Red Fox by Lemon Tree.

Rooms were good, clean nicely maintained. Service is average. Food at dinner was over and not refilled even at 9.30 pm. Overall was is average experience
