Clarks Inn Express Bharatpur

Worst set of hotels in bharatpur. Rude manager/GM- Gaurav. Useless person. Hotel was fully booked for a wedding, still took my booking on monday for a week. Today out of no where, shifted me to a pathetic room with AC not working. Asked me to checkout due to unavailability of room. Purposely made me shift to a faulty room just to make me checkout. When asked in how much time can you get it fixed, told me 1 hour. After 1 hour, 2 hours more and then asked to checkout. I checked in on monday and mid week asked me to find a new stay just because hotel got a wedding booking. Won’t recommend this pathetic property to anyone. If a property can’t value or respect regular customers, such hotel will never run well. I would rate hotel in negative due to bad experience and rude staff. Don’t visit this property. I came here for a work tour. Also all rooms have doors which are open from bottoms and sides allowing lots of bugs/grasshoppers to enter. Also all rooms stink and are not clean. Don’t try this property unless you want a terrible adventure.

I'm visite alot of hotels but I feel here like familir environment all staff well educated and experienced rooms cleaningexcellent and service vip supply provide given me vvip service thanks to all staff your reception staff speak so polite I'm empress thanks again again I'm visite as soon possible

Worst place no service cockroach are there on tables I restaurant they don't even have butter toast in there Hotel because they don't have toaster and one more thing called them in night for wake up call call and he were asking me when you are going to pay your extras
