Hotel Kiran Villa Palace

Good, quiet location. Staff of few words but hospitable. Arrived here late on a Monday night and we were in a room within 10mins of arriving. Tourist info near the desk and let us keep our bags behind the desk after check out for a couple hours while we walked to and did Kaledeo. Contact details of Baney a tour guide we used and really recommend is shared also. Did not experience any rudeness some other commenters mentioned.

i came here with my family for wedding but the rooms were not clean and especially the toilet, it was stinking so badly that it filled my whole room, we could't even slept whole night and the owner was so rude he outright just told us to get out of hotel and if we dont want to stay, worst hotel of my life

Pathetic service as the owner was very rude and not lisening to us, food was gross and each and every room was stinking like a public toilet please dont come here your money will definitly gets wasted

A lovely little hotel but not very helpful. The rooms are a little outdated and things are broken . The toilet seat for example a simple replacement but not done, the sink tap broken but not replaced . It's laziness really and it shows in the staff who are not so helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On one hand, the location of the hotel was excellent - it was convenient and easily accessible. Additionally, the ambiance was excellent and provided a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. The service was also good, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. However, the hotel owner/manager's behavior was disappointing. Their behavior towards guests was bad and rude, which had a negative impact on my overall experience at the hotel. As someone who values professionalism and courtesy, this was not acceptable to me. Overall, the hotel has some excellent qualities, but it's essential for the management to address the issue of rude behavior and ensure that all staff members are trained to provide courteous and professional service to their guests.

Pathetic service, cant even sleep because bathroom was stinking and they are denying it and not even let us change the rooms If you want to experience living near a sewer then come here

An excellent and memorable 2 day stay at Kiran Villa Palace. The hotel is at a stone throw away distance from the Kaladeo Bird Sanctuary and the other USP's of this hotel are beautiful layout, large well kept rooms, amazing staff service. The food is awesome and cooked realtime. Special mention of Veeru, Prateek and Pawanji for their generous hospitality. Thank you again and this is our go to hotel in Bharatpur!

I stayed at this hotel on December, 2023, with my family. The hotel is located in a good locality, very close to the Keoladeo Bird Sanctuary. The hotel is clean, but the service is very poor, and it is overpriced for the level of service provided. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. But there was no geyser in the bathroom, and there were plenty of mosquitoes in both the bathroom and room, making it difficult to sleep at night. I requested RO water, but initially, they denied it, stating, 'You will get only one bottle of water, and nothing more.' After I objected, they reluctantly provided two bottles of RO water. The food is excessively overpriced, and the taste is not up to the mark. Additionally, there are limited food options available, though there are all the food listed on menu card. I am very disappointed. The staff is friendly, but it seems they are also helpless. The management appears to be very unprofessional. There is room for improvement in the overall management of the property.
