I don't think this hotel deserves a 4-star rating at all. I recently stayed at this property and noted multiple flaws, which I will detail below. Hotel Management Issues: Firstly, I noticed discrepancies in the GST charges. While the invoice mentioned one amount, the actual GST charged was different, which seemed misleading. Room Condition: The room's condition was unacceptable. The fridge looked like a second- or third-hand appliance, and the kettle was extremely dirty, clearly not washed for a long time. The bedsheets and blankets were unclean, and the washroom flush was not functional. Restaurant Experience: The dining experience was equally disappointing. During breakfast, the poha served tasted stale. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they tasted it and agreed, replacing it with fresh poha. However, the damage was already done. I also tried the cupcakes and found them to be stale, clearly being reused over several days, which is extremely unhygienic and harmful to health. I raised all these issues with the staff, but they had no proper explanations or solutions to offer. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property. We had organized Reception party at Golden Tulip Bhiwadi. We were really delighted by the wonderful services provided by the Hotel staff. The Food was excellent, the staff was very humble, helpful and very well know their responsibilities especially Mr. Narender Singh and Mr. Sanjeev. They organized the event very well. The event hall was very well decorated and spacious. Our guests really liked the food and had wonderful experience with all the arrangements.

Disappointing Experience - Don't Waste Time and Money! I recently stayed over the weekend with my family at Golden Tulip Bhiwadi and was thoroughly disappointed with the services and amenities. The rooms had smelly carpets, hospitality was poor, dining experience was subpar, and the swimming pool was neglected. To top it all, the staff was argumentative. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management needs to take serious steps to improve the overall experience. Until then, I'd advise others to avoid wasting their time and money here. Pros: None Cons: - Smelly carpets in rooms - Poor hospitality - Subpar dining experience - Neglected swimming pool - Argumentative staff Will not return.

A good hotel with great amenities at the right price. However, the major disappointment was the buffet breakfast, not a lot to offer in the menu. Plus the preparation was not up to the mark. The buffet has a good scope of improvement considering it's a 4 star property. The overall stay was comfortable, and the staff was courteous. Worthy of 3 stars

Worst experience, service was too much bad. If you request them for bath tower or salt or anything else, you have to follow up till next 30-45 mins. Breakfast food quality was also below average. Not worth for money.
