Hotel Sattva- A Boutique Hotel By Fabstays

One major reason for my review is their staff. We forgot one pair of shoe in their room at the time of checkout. After some time we realised that and called them to check whether their housekeeping guy got our shoes. Then first of all they took lot of time to revert back and even after that they clearly denied that they found nothing in our room which was clearly false cause we were 100% sure that we mistakenly left our shoes in their room. Soo just be aware you don't leave anything in there rooms because you will not get that back

It is at very posh location , clubs and bars are hardly few mtrs away, very close to world trade park. Usually surrounded with young crowd. I would strongly recommend this place to stay at affordable price. I loved it.👍💐

If some HARSH NEGATIVE OPTION would have been available I would have definately go for it. Even after confirmed booking, the hotel staff rudely denied any booking and shown very unparliamentary behaviour. Booking was confirmd at around 10 am in the morning and after reaching the hotel at around 10 pm in night (same day), the hotel staff denied booking. Even the agency STAYBOOK through which the booking was made, stopped responding to my calls. THANK GOD I HVE NOT MADE ANY ADVANCE BOOKING AMOUNT ELSE I would have lost the said booking amount also. Moreover while booking, the amount shown as Rs.875/- plus taxes i.e. Rs.1025/- but the confirmation mail from STAYBOOK asked me to pay Rs.1499/- (for single bed room). Why this price suddenly shoot up . .that too within a few hours, only God knows. I know, the reply from this hotel will be WE ARE SORRY YOU HAVE TO FACE SUCH SITUATIONS . .BLA . . BLA . .BLA . . but I would like to ask one question from the responder . . WHETHER THE HOTEL WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MENTAL AGONY WHICH I HAD UNDERGONE ON THAT LATE NIGHT ? Thank God, I was single but if my family wud have been with me, just think of the plight we had to face in the late night hours !

Great hotel. Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Great location, great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel Sattva

Beautiful rooms, sparkling clean, brand new property with prompt service at a posh location with malls and good shops nearby. We stayed here for two days and had a great stay here.

The hotel had a beautiful and modern decor that made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. The hotel staff was also very helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I recently planned my staycation at this hotel and i really had an amazing experience. The best part is the location, its near wtp. Service is good, friendly staff, cozy rooms, in house restro etc everything was super good. Totally worth the price and i recommend this property to all.

I have booked my room here for staycation and my overall expectations was so good, rooms are budget friendly and hygienic also they have in house Restaurent, food is good too. Location is very good, hotel is just behind Wtp mall, you can easily go for shopping and all. Staff is friendly and I enjoyed my stay here…
