Hotel Bamboo Castle

When searching for a hotel to celebrate marriage anniversary, I found Hotel Bamboo Castle online. But when I saw its reviews, there were so many negative reviews in the last 8 days, which were not there in the last several years. So I thought the hotel must be bad, so I searched for other hotels, but the hotels around were full, so I had to go to this hotel. But after coming to this hotel, there was such good management, such good service, so good hygienic, , so we were convinced that these are fake reviews and we understood that someone wants to spoil the image of the hotel. This is my personal opinion, if you want to stay in a hotel, then definitely try it once, avoid fake reviews.

I regret to say that my recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend it to others. my experience was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is essential for management to address these serious issues to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for future guests.

I stayed at this hotel expecting a comfortable and clean room, but I was sorely disappointed. The price was exorbitant for what we received. The room was not properly cleaned, with dust and dirt visible in the corners. To make matters worse, I discovered bedbugs crawling in the sheets. It was an awful experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent stay.

I recently stayed at bamboo castle, and it was one of the great experiences I've ever had. the room was spacious and comfortable and the amenities were top-notch , with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here in future again.

Clean rooms, fast service and very helpful staff. It’s located very close to Jhalana leopard reserve and to Jaipur airport. The food is top notch as well. Would definitely recommend.

Unhygienic Conditions "One of the worst managed hotels I've stayed in. The cleanliness was severely lacking, and my room wasn't properly cleaned even after multiple requests. Unresponsive to Feedback "I had a number of issues during my stay and tried to address them with the management. Unfortunately, they seemed completely uninterested in constructive feedback. I was met with excuses instead of solutions, making me feel like my concerns were being brushed off. Very unprofessional attitude.
