Booked family room, there blankets are so dirty, water leaking inside rooms, beds were broken, they trying to fix with the support of brick, told to change room, they said sorry can’t? Worst experience in Rajasthan trip.

The water supply was intermittently available.. Room was okay.. But on check out the receptionist insisted on opening the Oyo app on my phone to give 5 star rating even when I told him that's not nice.. Hope Oyo people realised that it's happening everywhere now... This is my third experience I think in which during check out they insisted me on giving the rating in front of them... Oyo people my advice to you is make the rating link available only 2 hrs after the check out so that no body would insist and pressurise the customer to give the rating in front of them..

I stayed in the hotel for about 6 days during April 2018 and what I found here was the co-operative reception members. But In terms of room service & cleaning, it was not that good as it should be. Moreover, the quality of food was average. The nearest Railway station is Gandhinagar which is just 1.5 kms away from the hotel. Suitable only for an average budget seekers (<=1500 INR per night).

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! When you book through OYO the booking will be done and when you ask them for check-in they’ll say that they don’t have any tie up with OYO and their hotel is full. The hotel manager was very abusive, he threw our stuff out. Your worst nightmare will come true if you check-in during the night. Please don’t go

Sale chor hai... Don't go... I fought with owner because of his unprofessional behaviour... When I reached there after my booking... He told me... Every room is already occupied... But i wanted to discuss about before he started argue with me... And only it wasn't there lot of people were facing same problem...

I did not have the misfortune to stay in this hotel. I called to let them know that my daughter would be checking in around 6 pm.....the guy asked me in the most rude voice what was the tariff that oyo had offered & if it was less than Rs. 999/- per night then I should come to the hotel & they would cancel my booking. Since my daughter was on her flight to Jaipur, I asked told them that I had recieved a confirmation from Oyo, he said he doesnt care. I told him to check since the hotel too would have got a confirmation. He rudely told me that he was outside & couldnt check. I should call the front desk. I decided then & there that this is not the place where I wanted my daughter to go & stay! I am shocked that Oyo empanel s such a hotel, who lack the basics of customer service....truly that guy shouldn't be allowed in the hospitality industry

Location is good Near to gandhi nagar Railway station. Room interior is good but mattress and Bed sheet cover was dirty. Although good hotel in budget. I stay here for one night only for my examination next day in jaipur.
