Hotel Yulia- Le Amour Inn

I recently stayed at Hotel Yuliya (2 rooms for 4 guests) and had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The room quality was poor, showing clear signs of negligence and lack of maintenance. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, with very limited and substandard options — far from what one would expect given the high price. When I politely requested the staff to pack a single paratha for my child, who couldn’t eat breakfast at the same time due to a mood swing, they flatly refused. Their complete lack of empathy or flexibility was both surprising and disappointing. To make matters worse, during my stay, the staff insisted to clear my bill mid-stay, claiming it was to ensure I wouldn’t “run away without paying.” This comment was highly offensive, unprofessional, and humiliating. Such treatment clearly reflects a total lack of respect and trust toward guests. I was supposed to stay for three more days, but due to their unprofessional and insulting behavior, I checked out immediately. This hotel is grossly overpriced for the level of service, hospitality, and respect it offers. I would strongly advise against staying at Hotel Yuliya. Choose a place that truly values its guests and upholds even the most basic standards of hospitality.

“Comfortable Stay in a Great Location!” I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Yulia. The room was clean, well-maintained, and came with all the basic amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. What really stood out was the hotel’s central location — just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast was decent, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Great value for the price. Would definitely recommend for a short and convenient stay!

Staff deliberately puts the bookings received from Indigo hotels, Goibibo, agoda, etc from where guests in today's world do the bookings from, the next day they will charge additionally irrespective of the discounted price applied while booking on such reservation sites which influenced one's decision initially by stating that they have not received any reservation. Secondly, they offer the smallest room 1st and the other room offered was better with window but had issues with the bed, so finally had to choose the smallest room without window ultimately.

Literally found gravel inside food. Next day I specifically asked the restaurant about this and asked to be more careful but the same happened again. Think twice before ordering anything.

If I could give 50 stars, I would! The staff was incredibly friendly, the service top-notch, and the hospitality unmatched. Everything was spotless. Truly a perfect experience from start to finish!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. The Staff are very helpful thank you to Pankaj and Durga lal from front office. ##Only negative think was that the morning staff from reception were not very helpful and only using mobile phone.
