Super Townhouse Durgapura formerly Gumaan Heritage

This place is actually great.. it is situated near Gandhinagar and Durgapura station and the location is fine as well.. their rooftop restaurant is praiseworthy. The rooms were spacious and had a very traditional decoration which was good since it made you feel like you were in Jaipur.. the food was good as well.. all in all, I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Jaipur..

It's a decent property with some drawbacks like no one to receive you, the reception was not accessible easily, not properly clean rooms, small rooms and no option to see the room before allotment. The plus points are you can get at very good price from oyo rooms. WiFi in rooms with good speed. Decent room service. AC in rooms. Close to airport around 5 km and one of the railway station Durgapura walkable distance. One more important point is there is no restaurant or food joints near by and the food in hotel is OK types.

Used and dirty bedsheet and blanket (unacceptable in Covid times), Fridge and TV out of order. They changed bedsheet and blanket after complaining, but fridge and tv remained out of order during my 2 day stay. Initially they even refused complimentary breakfast, but when I complained to Oyo, they gave only one item in breakfast instead of buffet breakfast. We skipped next days Free breakfast, left the hotel and ate outside. I have stayed in this same hotel two times in last few years. The locality is excellent that's why I am giving two stars. During those stays my experience was good.

Worst and most unpleasant experience in Gunaam Heritage. It's untidy, staff is not courteous and unfriendly. Hated every minute I spend in the worst ever hotel. Oyo should cancel the membership. It's a hell.

I booked a room with breakfast included , hotel staff denied straight away stating "kitchen band hai" and asked me to connect to oyo for refund or complaints, room door was jammed and it was not locked properly, ac stopped working during night , bathroom was also not cleaned properly, and the quality of mattress and blanket was so poor that i couldnt sleep the whole night, and i was asked for payment without showing the room while checking in, very bad experience overall

Apart from Hotel location, nothing is good. Hotel staff are just a group of local guys behaving like goons. First thing they say to a customer is "NO". For example,: 1. Can you add one more person to my booking, I'm ready to pay extra. - NO 2. Can a visitor come to see me ? - NO 3. Can I get the same room, which you showed me just 10 mins back as this one is dirty ? - No Sir, that room is given to someone else. 4. Can you send me the towel, there is none here ? - For a change "YES", but that took 40 minutes. Apart from all the other examples, there is no parking available there. Only 2-3 cars can be parked around the hotel wall. Those spaces are occupied by hotel staff. This hotel plot is very small, looks like an old 3 bedroom home was demolished and they made a 4 story hotel here. Will be never visiting this again.

Reception not greet customers with smiley face... looks not motivated...not using electronic payment gw, every time give different excuse... Being in hospitality They should learn so many things to improve
