Hotel Kings Corner

Disappointing Experience at Hotel Kings Corner. I booked a premium room but was given a lower-category room in poor condition, which felt misleading and unprofessional. While the location is convenient, the overall experience was disappointing. The food lacked flavor and variety, and room service was slow. The rooms were not well-maintained, with cleanliness issues, plumbing problems, and a malfunctioning TV. Service was unresponsive, and housekeeping was inconsistent. Unfortunately, the hotel does not meet expectations and requires significant improvements in maintenance and customer service.

Room is full.of cigarette smell; bath room tap and toilet leaking; horrible noise from exhaust and also the air conditioner unit. For shower we had to leave the tap for 15 mins to get hot water. Very old facilities including locks. The breakfast was good the serving /restaurant staff and staff at entry gate are good and helpful.

Worst place to book a stay i am still here would be leaving tomorrow they sont hav any sense of customer service you would ask them to clean your room they will take atleast 5 hours to clean it andif you even ask for a towel or any other basic eminity they will atleast take 30 mins to deliver it due to being very bad staff and under staff

The stay was nice. Hotel services was good and was on time. The requirements which we needed was provided and was on time such as catering and food servives. The area around the hotel is quient and decent type. Staff was good and nice in nature.

Most unpleasant stay I had in my life. Hotel has Roof Top bar and plays High bass music even after permitted time allowed by the Govt in Jaipur. Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear person talking in next rooms Even after several requests to Hotel Manager to slow down music nothing is being done. Rooms not cleans, No Pest Control Cockroaches everywhere. Bathroom Taps are broken. Not recommended for any family travellers. Avoid

If u single they don’t stay in this hotel .u will be provided by very bad room, bathrooms flush not working, I was complaining but no one rectified that bathroom issue very bad staff ,,,,

The rooms are average .. maybe fair for the tariff charged. But hygiene was an issue for us.. Staff was friendly and accomodating. But we had cockroaches in our room and that was a new room they have us after we complained about the previous room.. Only if the work on the cleanliness of the rooms the place can be a real hit.
