The place is well located with most city areas relatively accessible. The rooms were tidy and well maintained, however they did get a tad noisy during daytime hours and soundproofing wasn't great. The staff was moderately cooperative, with minor inconveniences. The management doesn't seem to like people having visitors over during their stay which might be a bit of an issue. The WiFi didn't work for my entire stay and the food was mediocre. To sum up, it's good value for money, especially during the peak seasons and definitely a decent stay.

The hotel is situated in heart of the city and is easily approachable. I checked in at midnight and the staff was very helpful. An early morning checkout was smooth. The hygiene level was pretty good and room service was equally good. Buffet breakfast and food quality were decent as well. Would recommend.

Very nice and classy budget hotel. It is clean and cozy. Booking can be done online and they accept credit cards. Restaurant is an okay one , but there are lot of better eateries and restaurants nearby like there is one in hotel lemon tree which is like 200mtrs. You can visit this place with your family as it is very close to other heritage attractions as well. Food at the hotel itself is eatable and will fill your tummy good. Enjoy and keep travelling :)

The rooms we checked into were really good. However, they were not cleaned (when we checked in). We stayed for two nights and we asked them to clean it sometime in the middle. Nobody turned up. When we checked in, the trash was not cleared and the toilets weren't cleaned. The provided dirty quilts/blankets. I guess the rooms were good but the service was quite not up to it.

Stay in Treebo Sumanglam was very good experience. The hotel staff was very kind and supportive through out the time. The rooms are awesome and clean. Location of the hotel is near to ISBT and it connects you to the whole dehradun and near by places. The quality of their food they provide is nice and taste of the food was also good

We booked the room after seeing the mix reviews but honestly this hotel deserves no star. It will leave you with dirty rooms with hairs all the side, badly torned pillows and bed sheets, regular electricity cuts keeps irritating you. Staff blames each other for the mistakes and problems. Too much to write but winding up in short. Dont try to be here just like we did. ||||Imp Note : The hotel is with walking distance to ISBT bus stand. || Not Recommended and you have much better options near by.

We stayed two nights in treebo sumanglam dehradun really good stay. ||Mr. Hemant is very nice behaviour and helpful nature person during our stay. Food was also good. ||Lake of staff was a reason of delay any order. Overall good.
