Heart of the city , the service was good too but they tried to charge for a complimentary dental kit and the brush was not even worth a rupee. When asked they said not needed. Bathrooms are not that clean and sometimes the water tap and tube lights don’t work. The guys who work there are good. If we call them for some help they come immediately . They suggested good non veg restaurants too and helped with communicating with the cab service. Good for bachelors though

I visited the hotel from 9 to 13 December. Unlike other hotels they insisted me to pay the advance. Bath utilities were in poor condition. They do not provide slippers for room use. Room service is 50:50 however the complimentary breakfast was always better.

It was easy to check in, and early check-in was an option. The hotel rooms are spotless. We had a great time in the triple room.

Excellent services and hotel, the management is very generous and perfect with their choices of staff and cleanliness. The bathrooms were also very clean and with good quality toiletries, also there location is very close the hawa mahalcand it's located in between the market. My stay here was good and would be visiting again very soon
