I wish there was zero stars available to give them. Poor service and horrible hospitality. We checked several rooms and bathrooms before staying here . There bathrooms are disgusting and toilets seats are like, they have never been cleaned before. A group of elderly people came in the night. All we could hear is toilets are not clean. There is no hot water. Bathrooms are not clean. Eventually we chose three rooms and one room’s toilet seat was not flushing. The other bathroom’s drainage was not working. Over all experience was horrible, disgusting and gross. The other thing is that the staff was not bothered by all of this at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good hotel with excellent ambience. Staff are polite and well maintained. Immediate room service response. Food is awesome. Thank you. Will visit again.

Pros: 1. Room service. They were quick at fixing the issues. 2. Location. Walking distance from jal Mahal. Cons: 1. Room wasn't ready when we reached, had to wait for 30mins and only got 1 room (we booked 2). 2. No parking and nobody to guide at the entrance to find a parking spot. 3. Hotel is difficult to spot since it's inside a very narrow and congested road. 4. Inexperienced and unprofessional staff at reception. 5. Very small lift. 6. Room was dusty, furniture was old and not well maintained. 7. We booked 2 rooms - 1 Family room (mentioned as Suite on website) and 1 Premium room. Both rooms were identical and there was no extra space. Pics posted on website are misleading. 8. Now with that many cons how can you expect a better washroom. The ugliest designed washroom I have ever seen in any hotel. Placement of basin, shower and toilet seat was totally out of proportion. There is a key on every bathroom door of the hotel to close the door (even at a reception). 9. I couldn't give review on fab hotel website as the receptionist took my phone asking to check for an OTP and gave feedback herself.

I had a very pleasant stay. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Market is on walking distance. Rooms are very neat and clean. I would like to recommend if someone are visiting Jaipur -must try this place. Everything was perfect and near …

Not a good choice. Below Average hotel and not recommend for family stay. No Car parking available here. Food menu is too much expensive. Rooms are just ok washrooms are renovated and looks new, rest all infrastructure is old, specially furniture provided in the rooms are very old. Even almirah doors are not able to open and not moving properly. Almirah is not cleaned. Carpet also not cleaned. Tea and coffee marks found on table provided in the room.

The only good thing about this hotel is location. Every thing else is just terrible. 1. Hotel claims to have parking , in actual they will ask you to park in street where residents would be fighting over parking space 2. Rooms were small - I had booked room for three as i was travelling with my family but there was hardly any space for extra bed (on floor) . Please note that i had paid extra for bigger room (which was advertised as fits 3) 3. Room Service - As we were tired , we ordered food in and it turns out to be super cold. 4. Bed-sheets and pillow covers were visibly dirty 5. Bed-sheets were torn is several places, when we complained about it , staff promised us to get it changed next day which never happened 6. Rooms were not cleaned next day and no new towels were provided unless asked twice. 7. Breakfast had only Poha + Aloo-Poori/ Parantha. Staff was struggling with feeding couple of families and food was bland.

The overall experience of living in the hotel was very positive and nice. The fares are cheap and staff is super helpful. Tourist places like Jal mahal, Amer fort, Jaigarh fort and Nahargarh fort are very easily reachable from the hotel. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Toilets are clean and usable. No problem in living here.
