Capital O Hotel Four Boutique

This hotel is suitable for budget friendly stay,but not that much for a happy stay. The room lacks cleanliness, smells horrible and you might not want to touch anything, if you are hygienic. The housekeeping is always late and the person at reception is a bit rude. So, you might have deal with it all. Also, avoid the top floor.

Visited hotels on 21st Feb for lunch. Paid Rs 1003 via UPI but somehow it did not reflect on the merchant account so I proceeded to pay with a debit card and left the hotel. Next I noticed that the UPI payment was successful. I brought this to the attention of the hotel. They have confirmed that the UPI was successful. So I requested them to repay the sum as I have done the payment twice. They are asking me to visit the hotel to discuss this. It is not possible for me to visit as I live in another place and I don't have any plans to visit Jaipur soon. I have been very gentle during my conversations with hotel staff but their behaviour towards the issue is not acceptable. I need a resolution as soon as possible.

I noticed some positive some negative this which are as below Positive : 1. Room size (Big and Spacious) 2. Breakfast (Specially Aaloo ka Prantha with Curd) 3. Excellent Wifi. 4. Clean neighborhood. Negative 1. No one come to clean our room next day 2. Personally I give room key at reception & told to change our bed sheet, but they didn't change the bed sheet. 3. Lunch & Dinner food quality is poor. 4. Broken comod cover, you have to adjust it and then use it. 5. Very far from Jaipur tourist attraction points. Rest is Good.

Check in experience vary bad. Rudely behavior by reception. No food after 11 even though downstairs disco/pub running until 12 at night. No water bottle only R.O. water. Room was very dirty, used toiletries, torn with big hole in towels, T.V. not working... Day staff friendly, food is ok. Don't expect professional services and behavior. They are more focused in party and pub area...

Boutique?? I've never felt as cheated before. The property is decent, as was the free Wi-Fi - that's it. In over two decades of business travel, this was the first time there wasn't a spread for breakfast. The only item on the menu was 'poha' and it was served in the room. They have a fancy menu, but none of the non-veg items (see pic) nor all of the veg items were available. Enough said :(

Let me begin by telling you that the it was a wonderful place to be in and the quality of food was great, but the staff was way too juvenile and we had to contact the manager after which the situation was fine again. Since the hotel was clean and perfectly managed, I dont wish to write a nasty review because I am sure staff members can be trained at any given time.

I stayed at Four Boutique on 3rd April 2016 and experienced a nice stay with the best service. The staff were cooperative and were taking care. The food (breakfast and Lunch) in hotel is superb. The hotel room and facilties provided are excellent which suits with Rajsthan culture. It was a worth and enjoyable time with hotel.

The Worst ever experienced, I had with this hotel. I have stayed in July, 2019 with my international friends for 2 days. In the last moment of checkout day, I have noticed, some of my and my friends belongings were missing from the room (the room service guys asked us to clean the room), and things were stolen. We were in hurry because of our flights otherwise should have complaint in the nearest police station. The staff manager assured us he will call if he finds it, but never got any call. Afterwards, I have reported this case to OYO Rooms( i have booked it from this) for twice but in the end, they did not even took the case seriously. Guys and Girls, it's my sincere advice NEVER TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL.
