Rohan was very attentive and sweet! Excellent service! We came after a long day of travel and found the lounge to have complementary drinks at the lounge. Rohan even treated us to his favorite Indian dish, which was delicious. Would highly recommend! The drinks were amazing. Thank you so much, and we can’t wait to visit again!

An amazing property with warm and welcoming staff! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Jaipur, yet perfectly connected to all the key attractions. The hotel feels fresh and inviting, especially after its recent renovation, which has made it even more charming. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the lobby exudes a refreshing vibe. Without a doubt, this is one of the finest hotels in the city. Highly recommended!

Although the hotel was about 20-25km from the centre of Jaipur, it was in a beautiful location. Wide roads. Lots of trees and greenery. Very clean and even less pollution. The hotel looks great from the outside. Nice gardens and trees. Lots of friendly staff at the entrance and at the check-in. Everything was nice and clean. Beautiful rooms. Comfortable beds. Lots of choice for breakfast with live music! Having stayed in several hotels in India during the month of November, this is one of the few hotels that I would gladly recommend.

We stayed here for 02 nights with Havells group. Reached late in the evening we got the room keys promptly special thanks to Front Office team to manage the things on time. Room was quiet good and food is also good. It's one of the best hotel to accommodate groups. Love to stay here with family also.

Overall a good experience.|The hotel isn't very new as was another group earlier.| Rooms are spacious, so is the bathroom. The carpet looks a bit old but isn't smelly.|We had a glitch at the checkin as my 12 year old should have been mentioned as an adult as per property rules, however at booking.com 17 and above is an adult. |After the initial altercation the hotel waived off the unnecessary additional charge, which they planned to levy initially, BUT only after I argued and insisted. They made up by extended hospitality and free choclates at the checkout|Room service is efficient, housekeeping great, restaurants are great, pool very average|Location is a bit far from the city so keep taxi numbers handy, uber isn't as great in jaipur at Delhi or Mumbai. There isn't much to do around the hotel as its an industrial area, but if you are ok to driver 40mins or so for sightseeing it's perfect.|I would go back considering the overall experience was good, clean and safe for our girls trip, mom and 2 daughters!

Everything is perfect the room the amenities, the staff were professional but maybe too professional and serious, I would have given this hotel a perfect 5 but it was missing some warm welcoming energy from the staff. They answered our questions ok but it felt like they just want us to just go like they weren’t willing to offer more help. I don’t know everything seems perfect but at the same time something feels off.

We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. Thanks to our friends and Aabida to make it memorable. Cake was delicious and the decoration was fantastic it was a perfect surprise for us. Breakfast was good and thanks to upgrade our room to suite category.

I was initially very happy with my stay at Intercontinental, the ambience and facilities truly lived up to the five-star standard. However, on the second day, I was unsettled when room service entered my room without permission. It felt unprofessional and a bit unsettling, especially in such a high-end establishment. I hope the management addresses this to ensure a better experience for future guests.
