Hotel O Shiv Rachna

The rooms are good, AC functions properly. Bathroom/Toilets are clean, however no towel is available. They provide space for party celebrations as well so that's something cool. 1 room costs around Rs. 1500/night. The location is also great given it's slightly interior towards residential area. Also, if you can avoid Room 102 , the door lock is 'trouble' some. Our key got stuck and we got locked out for a while there. So first check if they have replaced the loose lock before taking the room.

Very bad place to stay. Room are not cleaned, water flowing in room from ac, no TV, Staff denied online booking due to low cost.

If you are looking for a budget place to stay, it's an okay option. Rooms are nice, bedding is comfortable. But the service is poor. Geyser was not working, no tea before 8 am. They donot provide toiletries, so carry your own. Overall you might find a better option in same budget if you book in advance.

Pathetic service by hotel. Room service was also not up to the mark. Hot water was not available. Basic amenities they lack. My personal experience was not good. It's name is fab shiv rachna hotel . Town house was old name. If you have other option don't stay there.

Room was clean with Good Space bathroom is also okay you can easily reach at hotel. According to room prices you can find better option than it. There kitchen was soo dirty. Staff persons was very kind and humble. Room prices of this hotel starting from 1K.

If there was an option of giving half a star, I would choose that. Made a mistake of booking this hotel after checking out the lovely snaps on Agoda. In reality it was totally opposite. Their kitchen is closed for a while now so don’t expect anything to eat/drink from them and don’t believe when you see “breakfast included” in hotel price because there isn’t any. Had to ask them to change my room within the first 5 mins of checking in because the sink in the room was filthy & not to mention no wash basin at all in the bathroom. The corridors are filthy with left-over food packaging & empty water bottles left by guests. The bed sheets and pillow covers were filthy and had not been changed for a long time. The rooms reek of cigarette smell even if you want a non-smoking room because it seems they don’t understand what it means. Same is the situation of expecting a "quite room" from them while booking because there isn't going to be any. No kettle in the room & except a hand wash bottle there are no toiletries provided so carry your own. Would be best to carry your own towels as well because the ones they provide (& that too after asking) are so worn out & harsh that you might feel scratched if you rub yourself with them. Geyser doesn’t work and the fan in room makes so much noise while running.

Horrible place to stay. Though the hotel is newly built and rooms are nicely made but the service is completely lousy. Water Geysers do not work. Need to ask for amenities repeatedly. No towels, soap were present in the room. Had to ask for those. Got three of our rooms changed after first night stay due to inconvenient stay. Got the rooms with the used and stained bed sheets with soiled pillow covers. Had to them changed. It was really disappointing. No F&B after 11 and no kettle in the room. Even had to ask for portable water. It was not kept in the room proactively. In the morning 6 o' clock, the housekeeping staff (Mr Rahul) uses his mobile phone to listen to songs loudly in the corridor while brooming. Was very disturbing as I woke up shockingly with the disturbing noise. Even while resting in the room, heard a lot of noisy communication between the staff working in the corridor. Overall, not a comfortable stay.

As the hotel is new so the rooms are good so far but i dont think this will be maintained. Service is very poor, guest keep asking for things, teas, toiletries they just keep saying yes and the guest keeps on waiting. Hotel management is a joke for them. They think that the guest is stupid and will pay money to just keep calling them, no respect for guest and his/hrr orders. It is also understandable that they are bringing it late but they dont even bring it. Stayed there for 2 days for wedding purpose and i havent had a cup of tea beacsuse obvious reasons. I am very much upset with the management and hospitality. 2 stars just because they helped alot during shifting to hotel and i thought that the hotel is good. Apart from this the housekeeping is so filthy firstly they come 1 or 2 hours late then they use single cloth to clean everything , with they clean washroom also, room also, tables also etc. Room almiras have stuffs related to staffs, atleast when guest are coming room should be cleaned properly and neatly, we asked to take that, they said "please let it here only". Overall rooms and bathroom were new so stay wasnt a problem but service was.
