Hotel Heritage Inn

I came here with a tour group and stayed for 2 nights in mid October 2024. The hotel was beautiful on the outside but the restrooms in the lobby aren't very clean. The pool was really nice but I stayed in room 109 and we didn't get any hot water for the shower even though we had them during the designated hot water window. The laundry was super affordable but when I told them that our hotel phone was broken, they never fixed it. Also be aware that not all of the outlets in our room worked. Nor did all of the lightbulbs in our room. The location was a quick drive into town. Breakfast is included and the rooms are decently big. If you're staying for more than one night, you'd leave your room key at the front desk before going out for the day if you want them to clean it and refill the soaps. They also have a lock safe if you need one.

The place is good, the staff is good, but the few services are not up to the mark. Food is not up to the mark:- Breakfast not having varieties, that too is not so good in taste. Lunch and Dinner we never had just after an experience of breakfast. Need to relook on your restaurant service, also need to have tooth & shaving kits, rest all fine.

Boys of Heritage Inn written reviews from my friends mobile. Below all reviews are fake. Restaurant service is worst. Food quality is not at par and restaurant manager and staff are talking in illiterate way. They don't have manner how to take order from guest. Rooms are smelling very bad and no staff are available at night. Dust is everywhere in room. This hotel is also not suitable for family. I will never suggest this hotel to others.

Excellent hotel and all round achieving a very high standard. Enjoyed stay here, the staff were very helpful and committed to their work. We had laundry done and it was cleaned and pressed perfectly. Used swimming pool, all facilities well maintained and lovely gardens. We enjoyed our stay here and without hesitation we recommend this hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable. I enjoyed the swimming pool, the garden and the wonderful dinners. I especially want to thank the restaurant staff, so attentive and kind.
