Hotel Royal Heritage Jaisalmer

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Royal Heritage, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The hotel's elegant architecture and beautifully landscaped gardens set the tone for a wonderful stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive to our needs. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive! Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Royal Heritage to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious stay. The hotel's excellent service, amenities, and scenic surroundings make it a true gem!

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It wasn’t our first hotel/hostel in India so we knew what to expect. On the one hand : room was big, AC was working well, service was polite and tried to understand what we want/need, there were clean towels and kettle in room But on the other hand: sheets were dirty and it felt uncomfortable to sleep in them, shower wasn’t working properly and I’m glad I didn’t break my neck trying to wash my hair, there was no toilet paper (I know they don’t use it daily but it’s a hotel…). Breakfast was something different. Taste of it was good but… to get what we wanted (it wasn’t anything special or fancy trust me) we had to repeat and explain many times and then wait for 30min. And maybe there was a kettle but no mugs 🤔 Usually I don’t complain and write reviews, any of them good or bad. But when we were leaving they said/pushed us to do it and write it like everything was amazing and the best “best sleep, best hotel etc”. So my HONEST opinion is, for one night it was just fine.

Very supportive staff and nice view point from roof top. Had a wonderful stay. Peaceful location away from city.

These are very unprofessional people. First they do the booking and then when they come to those who offer higher rates, they cancel without information. Because of these, we had to travel around Jaisalmer at night and find another hotel. Beware of these cheaters

Its not just a hotel but gives a home feeling. The owner and the staff is very supporting and ready to help always. You cannot feel uncomfortable.The quality is really good. They make fresh food on order. I really enjoyed my stay. Overall I would say it's five star in every aspect.

Had a fantastic stay! Delicious food, excellent staff ( Special mention goes for Mr. karan Soni), and a spotless room. Highly recommended.
