Sartaj Hotel

When we reach at sartaj the man has picked our luggage and put in our rooms. The room were clean and tidy that we have very good sleep in silence. The food was so delicious that we cannot forget.

A really nice place to stay. I was here for one night and I was really impressed by the hospitality of the owners as well as the staff. The breakfast served was delicious and hygienic . It was a little far from the city's centre approx 3kms but it is all the value for money. Parking wasn't any issue and the room is equipped with most of the facilities. also the interiors are very well designed and every detail seems to be planned very well . Enjoyed my stay all thanks to the co-operative Staff.

We spent two nights in this guest house and we had a good experience. The accommodation is new and they are asking for feedback in order to improve the quality of welcoming. They are a nice family and sure they will make a good job. The room was good and clean, the food very tasty. It is not in the city centre but for me it is even better because it is very quite.

Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay. The property is situated at a calm place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were new, clean and spacious. Also the staff was kind and helpful. All the amenities were provided except the Wifi which was mentioned at the time of booking.

Although it is a bit far from city approx 2.5 km but after entering hotel nice and tidy spacious rooms. Outstanding food and the most important is the owner is very helping and gentle. In total the hotel is value for money and hope to visit again in future.

Very bad experience stay away from this hotel. Even for small small things hv to go for ground floor. Not a facility of telephone, AC,not facility for hot water, even curtains of the rooms are very small. After paying the whole amount u will not eligible for breakfast fast. Gave us room on the terrace. Felt very bad like insulted. Behave of employees of this hotel is very bad.. I can say that this hotel is disgrace for jaisalmer..if I can do anything for this hotel I seal this hotel.. Because they can't do again this behave with any person..

Hotel owner is very nice and helpful. Though the location is little away from main city but he arranged pick and drop from station. Hotel staff is very humble and cooperative. It was feel at home experience for us. Hotel is quite clean. Liked the room furniture and professionalism of their services. ||Thanks!

Excelent service, we were treated with so much care and atención:) Rooms are spacious very clean as well as the toilets. Good breakfast and beatiful rooftop to have an evening beer or practice morning yoga :D We highly recomend it!
