Very nice rooms and hotel amenities. Location is very nice with all shops and restaurants available very near. very excellent hospitality. Owner is very nice and very much caring for guest. Food taste was excellent and prepared as per our taste. highly recommended for staying in jaisalmer.

I had the most wonderful stay hotel gahr Govind in Jaisalmer From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home. The property itself is stunning—beautiful Rajasthani architecture, clean and spacious rooms, and breathtaking views of the Golden Fort and desert. The hospitality was exceptional. Every request was attended to with a smile, and the team went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The food was another highlight—authentic local Rajasthani flavors along with a good variety of international dishes. The rooftop/terrace dining experience was magical, especially at sunset. The hotel also arranged desert safaris and cultural evenings, which gave me a real taste of Jaisalmer’s charm. The attention to detail, from décor to service, truly made this a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaisalmer—whether for luxury, culture, or relaxation. It’s a perfect blend of comfort and heritage.

Garh Govind is a hidden gem in Jodhpur. The heritage architecture, peaceful ambience, and beautiful decor truly give you a royal Rajasthani vibe. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The rooftop restaurant offered amazing views of the city and delicious local cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a calm yet luxurious stay in Jodhpur!

Great location, a very spacious room and the service was great. The food at the restaurant took a bit of time to arrive but it was so worth it! You could tell it was freshly made, which was amazing. The wifi worked great and the beds were very comfortable. The only bad thing was that at one point the some of the electricity outlets stopped working for a while, they started working again by themselves. I would also have liked to know I had to wait and turn on the hot water before showering haha. You can't pay by card at the check out, just so you know. Overall, great experience and a beautiful place.
