Hotel is Good . Rooms are maintained properly. Clean and safe hotel. All staff members are supportive, owner are co-operative and friendly behavior man. Great hotel at best place and in reasonable price. Hotel location is very nice, very close to jaisalmer fort, on the top roof of the hotel we can see the fort views. An excellent place to enjoy hospitality beyond the warm welcome by the team and friendly Mr Rajkumar and chef. Arjun is really caring and cooks. Room'were neat and clean with almost every facility. sunset point and easy chasing hotel is one of the best places we were in the jaisalmer rajasthan Room 5.0Service 5.0Location 5.0

Very pathetic. I booked a room online and paid for it. But they gave it to someone else and told us to cancel booking. Please avoid booking here. This was in Dec, 2021.

Hotel location is fine, Located just near the fort in city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great facility.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to desert safari,jeep safari,camel safari and tent stay. Mr. Satish is great & halp full person from hk department.

I Got an opportunity to stay in this hotel during my business trip to Jaisalmer. It's an amazing property from every aspects. Staff is very cooperative, helpful. We received amazing hospitality .I will surely visit in this hotel during business trip again. Thanks to staff for the amazing hospitality.

That was a great experience with this hotel nd its management it provides the instantly services nd good meal. I would like to share my experience with everybody. I want to suggest everybody to visit this unique place nd have lot of fun here . ND I would like to say thanku the management nd its staff for service.If I get chance to go the same place I will defiantly be in that same unique place. Thanks

Excellent hotel in jaislmer, value for money.. i recommended to everyone.. Nice location.. staff is very nice and helpful... Lovely atmosphere at there, i stayed with family ta over there.. Mr. Satish whos is the director of the hotel is very nice & humble.. lovely and sportive guy.

Very bad hotel staff. Completely unethical. I booked for a room for my stay in Dec 28-29, 2019 via MMT(booking date was 15th October 2019). And when I reached the hotel, they denied me the room stating, we can't provide you room because it's not available at the price you have booked(I have paid 1821 already after MMT discount). But they asked me either you pay 2500 extra to get the room as their prices have changed due to the peak time(December end). When I started arguing about my booking and all, they just told me that they can't do anything, just do whatever you do, they are not going to provide me any room. Even I called oyo, but they also couldn't help. And you know the worst part, after I cancelled my booking via MMT after 2 hours of discussion with customer care, waiting outside in the freezing cold of Jaisalmer, they offered me booking for one night at a price of 3600(w/ breakfast). And they said don't inform to oyo about this. I had to stay there as I didn't have any feasible option there nearby and that was a peak time. But anyways I will complain to oyo to delist this property. This guy Prashant (receptionist) is very arrogant, and has no manners. My request to all of you is to carefully book oyo rooms, and please avoid booking oyo rooms as much as possible. That are just looting people, by taking advantage of their situation.
