We received excellent service with on-time arrivals and departures for pick-up and drop-off. Our entire trip was an amazing experience and the owner and staff provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend their complete Jaisalmer package which includes all the sightseeing activities.

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Pabu Palace From the moment I checked in the service was terrible The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive to my needs The room was not clean the bed sheets had stains and there was dust everywhere The bathroom was even wors with broken fixtures and a bad odor

I came to this hotel a few days ago but the facility here is very bad and the staff management here works very slowly and there are some very good hotels a little distance from here so you can go there.

Overall my stay at Hotel Pabu Palace was a nightmare and I would not recommend this place to anyone There are much better options available in the area Avoid at all costs
