Hotel Samrat

No trust , no good behavior, not a good room, no humanity. Very bad experience with this hotel(samrat, dynamic and deluxe). They want only money in their life. We met them in train. They talk very lovely in train, they told us that we give you everything very cheap rate. They told come with us, we will talk at our hotel and if you don't like any package than you can go, no problem for us(if you go there and not choose a single package than you have to pay 300 rs for taking you to their hotel). We thought ok will see their package and decide based on that. We reached there , he started to expalin the package. Royal package 10k and second package 6k. At the last we got Royal package at 6k price. They told us we will show you all three desert and safari but no there also we only paid, not only that second day we want to come into the city for that also we have paid. They have fraud chain.. Don't go for this hotel. No trust , no good behavior, not a good room, no humanity. I learn so many things from this hotel. 1.be aware from everyone. 2.don't give full money at a single time. 3.whenever you go for visit anywhere in world, check those things in myadvisortrip/quora/Google . 4.how to behave with fraud people like hotel deluxe people. Thank you samrat to teach me this thing in my life. Thank you very much. I am sure that your hotel is going to close very soon because of your fraud behavior.

Never book a room in this hotel. When we were boarding train Jodhpur - Jaisalmer Express at Jodhpur railway station, an agent of this hotel approached us and promised us to give rooms at concessional rates with various facilities including hot water. When we reached the hotel, there was no hot water in any of the rooms. The location of hotel is in very dirty environment, almost slum with full of garbage and drainage lines around. The rooms were pathetic. The hotel manager or the person at reception was rude and he charged extra money than what was promised by their agent at jodhpur railway station. He should have been polite. He argued a lot and was very desperate for money. Whatever is published in their brochure is totally false. The are not serving the tourists properly but are making money by cheating people. Its deceptive and very pathetic hotel. Never believe in the words of their agents at railway station and also the false brochure.

Never never never never never never.....!!!! Go here...if I had an opportunity I would rate it 0. As they are a big fraud and a worst place to visit in Jaisalmer.They take away money and would describe the places with a very decorated language.... And would never fullfill that.... It's not even loss of money... But loss of your precious time and faith on people in jaisalmer. I request you all never to visit this place....they have a chain of 3 hotels: hotel deluxe, hotel samrat, and hotel dynamic...BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD!!!

Please don't go to this place, they are looting people. We felt as if we were trapped, highly insecure area, they would also threaten you if you don't follow them. Worst Experience!!!!
