Hotel Palace Side

If there is an option of putting no ratings I would have given that . Very disappointing being at the Hotel for a Night Stay .Specially Room number 106-107. No facility given in the room to call for any service . AC is installed however not in working condition . Main door hook lock including washroom is horrible. Bad stink was there for entire night from the washroom . Most worst part was iron water was coming out from the washbasin tap due to this we couldn't even brush our teeth . I would recommend all the travellers to think twice before booking any room at this property .

Very close to the fort which makes it ideal. Has a rooftop view of the fort. I did not stay here so i cannot vouch for the rooms. Avoid the restaurant though. Waste of money. I have seen the rooms. They are quite good. Double beds available.

No electric heater in room, each time you have to call staff to start wooden boiler. No restaurant attached, you have to go outside for all meals.

Very unfriendly behaviour of owner and staffs. They demand much more price than the booking price in the website. I had booked this hotel from 3rd Oct to 4th Oct but due to the rough behaviour I had checked out before the schedule check out time in the night of 3rd oct 11 p.m with my family .The hotel manager gave me a handwritten bill of Rs2200/ as room charges,although my booking price was only Rs545/.He argued that they will not receive online payment and finally I had no options and i have to paid Rs2200/-.Food quality is very poor and pricing is very high. I request oyo to go through the matter and resolve my problems as early as possible and i want refund of my money. Please treat it as Most Urgent.

Could have been better. First of all it is difficult to find this place when coming from the main road. The hotel lacks one of the basic amenities, an intercom telephone. Every time you need to go to the reception for a room service. Food is decent but the complimentary breakfast, Poha upma, is very average.

Really selfish and greedy people.After booking they talk to u so friendly to trap u by showing u chocolate I.e pick up and drop free complement from the hotelier or breakfast free etc. After completely trapping innocent tourist,they play the real game by providing city tour and desert safari etc.First they collect the full amount in advance. Minimum Rs7000/- to Rs 8000/- per couple. but the actual cost of the package is less than Rs3500/-.After receiving the full amount advance noone even listing to u and starts misbehaving with u.As per the package they are not providing separate vehicle to each group.They have only one vehicle to drop and pick one location to another for several groups.After calling several times the driver will catch u minimum half an hour late from each location because he has to adjust all groups in same time in different location.So please do not believe on the hotel Palace Height.They are all to loot the innocent tourist.If u complain by mob,they will argue with the customer in unprofessional manner and lastly you will found there mob. in switch Ed off. In the time of check out they demand heavy amount for early check-in,breakfast etc they violate there verbal condition of free early check in and breakfast.Totally a group of antisocial people running the fraud travel agency to cheat the people in the name of hotel Palace Height in Jaiselmer.

This is the worst hotel in Jaisalmer mind you , these guys pick you up from the jaisalmer railway station and then take you with them promising that even if you don't like their hotel and packages you can quit . But when you try to do so they try to threaten you , they abuse you , also put up discriminative comments , truly the worst people ever . Never ever agree to these people , very abusive , loud and arrogant for them money is everything.charging extra rates in everything. We got the same package that they offered us in 18000 at a price of 8000

The hotel staff is not supportive. There is electricity shortage. No hot water. Bed sheets are very dirty. Also not to forget...do not have your meal here ..if you plan so do see the kitchen from inside first. It stinking and very unhygienic
