* Lack of geyser in the rooms is a key issue, We had to ask for hot water during evening and they provided it later. In the morning, the common geyser water ran out and they provided a heater rod to heat a bucket of water, which was quite time consuming. * Food was good in the restaurant. They provided hot food during dinner and breakfast. *We expected to use the A/C at high temperature to keep the room warm during cold December weather, but it wasn't working. The consolation factor was that the service staff are friendly and tried their best to do what they could, despite the shortcomings of the property. Overall, a disappointing experience.

We had taken 7 rooms for a family trip,we got duped by the 4star rating on google. Its hedious cheap quality hotel. No geyser Dirty and yellowish linen and towels Buckets were dirty too, in one of the room they had kept Asian paints bucket. Mattress for extra beds were extremely dirty and smelly in all rooms. Food quality was bad too.

Worst hotel I had.... I and my family have dinner voucher with stay but they denied for dinner on my face. No resolution after seeing my voucher. In the end I have to pay for dinner again. This was the fault from MakeMyTrip...but the hotel and the owner also not providing any help from their end.

We spent two days there while in Jaisalmer seriously they took care of us like home. Room size and interior was also very nice. We felt very homely environment. Our baby also with us and they took care of him also .whatever we need for him they provide us without any extra charges. Thank you Marwar palace I recommend your property to everyone.
