One of d best hotel ever i stayed in...... Clean rooms and bathroom, hot water, clean bed...... Service is too good. They personally take care of each customer....... Management is truly appreciated....... Prime location........ easily get transportation to reach destination....... Love to visit again here 💕

Very bad experience at this place. Never suggest to anyone. Rooms are not proper clean. Bathroom are worst. Even they don't have 24/7 hot water in bathroom in the month of December. Food quality is 🤮.

This is one of the worst experience of our life. On the name of luxurious room, they are just making fool. This place is so so unhygienic. Bedsheet and towels were yellow instead of white with some hair strands on them. Quality of food served is pathetic. (White bread kept in open, served with rotten butter and Jam) Their so called manager "Kishan" doesn't know the definition of luxury. He is highly irresponsible. He doesn't reply back to your calls. So, Requesting everyone to pls don't fall into the trap and never ever book this place. Better to stay in some lodge near railway station rather than so called Luxurious hotel with breakfast. (This "Luxurious" term is used by their manager "KISHAN"). Regards.

I had a terrible experience at Juma Residency Resort. The service was shockingly poor, with staff showing little to no professionalism or courtesy. The rooms were unclean and poorly maintained, with a foul odor and outdated amenities. Despite the high cost, basic facilities like clean towels, functioning air conditioning, and proper room service were missing. The food at the restaurant was subpar and overpriced, with delayed service adding to the frustration. To top it off, the management was unresponsive to complaints and seemed indifferent to guest concerns. Overall, it was a highly disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. 😔 😔 😔

One of the worst place to stay in jaisalmer. Please don't fall prey to the fake reviews and images posted by the hotel. Not more than a 1k lodge ..dirty bathroom, towel, bedsheets and blanket will wait for you if you choose this place for stay. Staff was rude, most of the khan's running this place has no sense of hospitality and professionalism. Not for family stay, so please avoid!!

Avoid this place at all costs! It’s not a hotel but worse than a subpar guesthouse. The manager kishan is rude and dismissive. When asked for hot water, they rudely replied, “Who bathes at this hour?” Requesting TV access was met with, “Are you here to watch TV?” Asking for Wi-Fi led to threats of eviction and a complete refusal to refund any money. This place operates like a scam, blackmailing customers after collecting full payment. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and downright deceitful. Furthermore, it appears they post fake positive reviews to mislead potential customers. Don’t fall for it! Under no circumstances should you book a package or any services here. This is a fraudulent business preying on unsuspecting travelers. Stay away to save yourself the trouble and disappointment!

The hotel was unclean, the manager(ishan mahant (kishan)) was unprofessional, and the location felt unsafe for women and families. Avoid this place if you value safety, cleanliness, and decent service.
