Hotel Mahadev Palace

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was dirty, AC remote was not provided despite multiple requests and the extra bed was not provided on time despite requesting multiple times. They said that that it was changed over time and we would have to wait for the next batch of staff to come to get our extra bed. At around 10:30 pm one of the staff came and just rudely threw the extra bed and sheets on the floor and left. We had to make the bed ourselves. If there were an option for Zero stars I would have selected that.

Such a worst hotel I have ever seen in my entire life.. the bedsheets were torn the pillow cover was soooo dirty and looked like someone has used it.. the blanket also was full of dirt and stains the curtains hasn’t been washed since ages.. the ac was no working and Jaisalmer was 40 degree no water bottle nothing… rude staffs n bad food only name in palace the hotel is a dust bin

Rooms are fantastic. Well maintained property with swimming pool. The staff was cooperative. Property is best with nice ambience. I had given 3 star in service for taste of food and availability of menu in buffet breakfast.

Extremely bad experience at this hotel! Except the outside look of the hotel and its palace like look, there is absolutely nothing good in this hotel. The staff doesn't respond on time, the quality of food is pathetic, the service is absolutely not what you would expect in a hotel which claims to be a 3-star hotel. Further, the rooms are extremely unclean, you may find spiders crawling with you while you are asleep. The bathrooms do not drain. Overall, if you are spending so much money on a hotel room, better book it somewhere else and not here!

We had very bad experience with this hotel. Very dirty hotel room, dinners location, food is so cold like it was yesterday prepied. no internet services.manager was very rude. Food was cold and was not good. Don’t waste your money and time by coming to this hotel.
