Desert Dream Palace

One of the best properties to stay in budget. The first line heard by us by the staffs was “Feel this as your own home” and they made this a truth. All the staffs were really helpful and hospitable. Everything we needed was arranged to us anyhow. The facility was great and the food was good. They even helped us in our trip to Jaisalmer from start to end which is mentioned below: From our station pickup to drop back Stay at desert camp which was the best thing Camel and Jeep Safari at affordable price Warm Welcome at the campsite and staff was polite City sightseeing in AC cabs We thoroughly had amazing stay desert dream palace

One word: Cheaters... I have booked this hotel around 12 days before our stay, I have booked family room (2 adult + 2 child) of category Superior Room and make advance payment too. After 5 days I got call from hotel and they said, it was our mistake and the room category which you have booked is not available so we can provide you delux room only which is last available in our hotel, As my whole trip and other hotels are booked I have no option to choose another hotel or room. When we reached hotel and there is one direct inquiry for the same 3 adults and receptionist said, yes we have room available. They changed my room only for money. They have not any care regarding customers. They are totally cheaters. Even rooms are not clean, bad smell. They are not providing basic amenities like dental kit, shower gel, hand wash etc. Hotel service boy is good. I feel all good reviews are fake. They have no care of tourists, just focus is on money only. Even food is also worst.

I regret to say that my stay at the hotel was unsatisfactory. The service was poor, the rooms were dirty and had an unpleasant odor They charged us for curd with Paratha And they food they provided did not meet basic standards. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The lady who manages the hotel is very rude and does not have basic manners to interact with customers after you check in Also she charged 10k via Mr Harun for 2 nights whereas the rooms are available for 1k per night on all available platforms Plus she has not mentioned that bachelors are not allowed anywhere on the platform And she charged 1k for cleaning vomit whereas the room charges per night itself are 1k which does not make sense So you duped us of all the things while taking 10k for rooms which are worth 2k You are a complete fraud and also an inhuman person as you don’t have a common courtesy to check on guest when they are not comfortable rather than asking us for 1k for cleaning charges

We had a very pleasant experience staying in the property. It's really cozy, superbly clean and well maintained. Food is awesome. Most importantly, the host Harun and the staffs, the entire team is very efficient and warm. They made an extra effort to make our stay comfortable and the trip a memorable one from arranging desert safari to tanot visit at reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Location is bit outskirts of Jaisalmer. But not the worth the money. Floors were not cleaned properly, Bedsheets were not cleaned properly. Also towels were not cleaned. Food was okay. One problem we faced was when we checked in, we asked for Nonveg food & at that time they refused. But we our driver asked for Nonveg food, he was given the same. When we asked for the 2nd day, they made omlette for us which costed Rs.160/omlette. I don't understand if the hotel is only interested in entertaining only Jain people's then why they cannot mention this earlier. We could have looked for better options. Definately do not recommend this place.

I had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Desert Dream Palace and their desert stay and I can't express how utterly disappointing the experience was. The services were nothing short of pathetic, with an absolute lack of hospitality. The bathrooms were not just disgusting but also smelly and dirty, brown stains all over the place. If you know what I mean. This made our stay unbearable. The employees at this so-called "palace" were shockingly rude, showing a complete disregard for guest satisfaction. It's astonishing how the owner and a lady named Karishma blatantly lied to us about everything, and nothing that was promised was included in our stay. These frauds stopped receiving our calls once the payment was done. They hardly bothered to help us. To make matters worse, there were no flame shows to speak of, and the food was beyond pathetic. I implore tourists and foreigners alike not to book this disgusting, untidy, and hopeless excuse for accommodation if you value your experience in the desert. And don't even think about booking a desert jeep ride through them. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Hotel Desert Dream Palace and their desert stay at all costs.

Very bad staff and not worthless hotel. Hotel doesn't provide basic aminieties like dental kit, shower gel, hand wash, Even basic toiletries. Room washroom was getting smelled. Staff changed two times my room but all room washroom was getting smelled same. Very pathetic staff, not So I would not prefer to this hotel. Wastage of money while considering hotel.

Hotel Desert Dream Palace - the most hopeless stay I've ever been in. The services were beyond pathetic; the bathrooms were disgusting, smelly, and dirty. The employees were incredibly rude, and there were no flame shows as promised. The food was nothing short of stale and old, and the owner and Karishma lied about everything. Nothing was included as they claimed.||I strongly advise tourists and foreigners not to book this messed up, untidy, and hopeless stay if you want to avoid ruining your desert experience. Furthermore, avoid booking the desert jeep ride through them, as they charge a whopping 2500 per person for a personal jeep when we found the same private jeep for all five of us at only 1500 at the desert itself. Don't make the same mistake we did! There are plenty of other desert stays, you can book them.
