NillIt's fake and don't ever booked anything for jaisalmer from him.. He is 3rd party agent he is promises something and will give you something else. We booked tent for jaisalmer till the last minute he has not shared the tent details and at the he alot 1 tent which is situated 800m from highway and location and tent company name is not even available on Google. Situation is very horrible for family and even for tourist. People who were in this camps were seems like gundas and not feel safe therefore we stayed inside tent just to pass time. In the room 0 room service were provided.

NillThis stay was one of the worst experience we had during your Rajasthan trip. The dirty rooms, stained blankets, and unpleasant smell are indeed concerning issues. It's unfortunate that the staff was unhelpful also refused to replace it, and the owner's situation added to the overall sense of discomfort (lying on bed like a drug addict) , making our stay feel unsafe. One of the horrible experiences of my life.

NillHe is fraud. I personally got scammed. We have booked an agent for our Rajasthan trip which included Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur & Jaisalmer. Our agent provided satisfying stays and accommodation for Jaipur to Jodhpur. But he did a third party arrangment in Jaisalmer by approaching the owner Prem from Prem Baba haweli. The most dirtiest horrible shocking stay it was. I was with my family. Uneducated and drunk people where entering the tent premises by giving some token amount. I personally recommend not to book anything from this prem. Adding photos too for your reference.

NillI had an amazing time, out in the dessert I got to visit the guides home and meet his family. I went on the deep safari trip for 2 full days and it was enough for me personally. All the meals where cooked by my guide and I was on the tour alone with him dispite being promised that 2 other travellers would be on the trip, although I didn't really mind, actually it made it more authentic. I built myself a bonfire out under the stars and slept on a rug on the sand. The sand dunes even in the 'deep' desert were pretty small and there were always small clusters of shrubs within 50meters. However there was almost nobody around. I didn't see any other safaris parties the whole time I was out there. If I was a single girl I would've felt pretty creeped out, but being a reasonably big guy and having phone reception the whole time (I was able to face time back to Australia for pretty much the whole safari) I knew we were never more then 5km from the nearest road and was able to track the sun so I knew which way to walk if the worst happened. Although I never felt threatened. The closest we came to the Pakistan boarder was about 40km as the crow flew (thanks Google maps) When I got back the owner Prem gave me a room to stay in until I left on the midnight train (I arrived back on the safari around 4 in the afternoon) and even drove me to the station for no charge at that time! The room was one of the nicest I stayed in while I was India, probably 4 stars if I had to rate it. I paid for the safaris on my Visa card, however we had to go to another hotel in order to do this due to the money problems in India at the time. Can't remember what I paid, however I did compare a few of the safaris and what they offered, and this one certainly wasn't any more expensive then the others for what it offered. Everyone was always super friendly and happy to help out.

NillPrem Baba Haweli is situated at Pushkarna Bera dera near Fifu Guest House. Although it shows to be three star hotel but it's not. The service is very poor. It's bad experience. In winter season, if you need warm water in early morning, you have to ask the keepers for the same and they too will reply that warm water will be available after one hour because it will take time to burn woods. Actually they make warm water by burning woods under the tank. Another, there is no bucket and mug in the bathroom. Washbasin does not work. No water in washbasin. Food is also not tasty. There is a hall present when you just enter the main door. And this hall has been declared as smoking zone, which is actually the common way also for entering and exit from the hotel and it is the same place where waiting room is made for visitors. Most importantly, here the servants and employees always try to borrow money from you on the pretext that they need and the same will be repaid when other customers clears the account at time of check out. But if you give money it will never be repaid.

NillI have decided to write this review because of my bad experience, the owner Charlie will try to sell you a Safari tour but be careful because he cheated me asking a very high amount. I have discovered that he charged on me 3 times more than other companies. He told me that was a deep safari, very different from the others but of course was not true and exactly the same of others. So be careful because if he can he will try to gain on you as much as he can. The good rate for a safari trip is 2000 rupies, he asked me 6200 rupies. I was really disappointed and i have asked for a refund, he gave me something back but very few rupies. I'm sorry Charlie, i had trusted in you, instead you are a liar!
