Kalyan Haveli

It was a shock to see the breach of every promise. Room was not ready at the time we arrived, waited a while to get in. Once we were in, it was dirty, carpet was full of dust, dirty linen, toilet pan was not clean at all. The wore was the flush was faulty. When we came back at the evening around 9 pm,had to wait until 11pm to get a chance to sleep in a different room. The worst part was the owner's response to toilet issue. She thought we wont use any toilet paper!! And she admitted that she knew the problem existed. The hotel staff were accomodating. They were trying to offer us the options in their capability. We appreciated their efforts. Honestly no one should be able to do business with such low integrity. I hope they will rectify their understanding of customer care.

Truly mesmerizing experience starting from Booking till check out.... Especially the location is awesome and felt relaxed far from day to day stressful life. Staff is so very cooperative and loved the tasty and delicious food. Best part the staff took care of every instructions carefully which resulted in customer satisfaction.

Good stay and reasonable price with antique looks . Food is tasty and room service good . There is minor scope to improve blankets quality and include thick curtains for windows .

It was my very first experience in Jaisalmer that nothing disappointed me. Food, hospitality, room everything was up to the mark. Well behave of staff, food was delicious and pure Rajasthani, rooms and interior was good Wish to be there again… Soon…
