This is an amazing place it was very comfortable and the rooms were very spacious the AC in the bedrooms were working very well Abdul and and his team looked after his really well. The icing on the cake was the food and the service we got. I stayed in ummed Bhavan for one night lots of money as stumbled upon this via Google because we didn't want to stay at the desert camp. Honestly everywhere else was just a waste of money.

Very nice hotel for family stay. Excellent behaviour of owner Mr Sumar and Manager Mr Abdul. Other support staff was also well behaved.Room size was very big with nice furniture and bed with a nice view. Hotel has roof top restaurant with an excellent view of Jaisalmer fort Sonar Kella. Location of the hotel is in a quiet place away from hustle and bustle of city traffic. Railway station is also very near. Hotel staff also helped in booking auto for local sight seeing and shopping. After check out also they provided wash room and offered complimentary tea. Overall memorable stay for family vacation.

We visited this place a week ago for family vacation. The room was big in size and clean with haveli type interiors. The hotel owner and the staff was very supportive and helpful. The food quality was nice and tasted just like home food. The owner also arranged for desert camp for us in nominal prices. The roof top restaurant has a very beautiful city and fort view. We had very nice stay there.

We have been in India a week and a half now, and this has been our favourite hotel so far - we were gutted to only be staying one night! |We arrived at 6am after travelling on the night train. As it was so early, the hotel was closed. However the receptionist allowed us to check in at no extra cost and showed us straight to our room. This was hugely appreciated! |The room was very spacious, clean and modern with the comfiest bed we have slept in yet! |The staff are very helpful and friendly, always around for a chat or to give advice on places to visit/restaurants to eat at etc. We spent the evening sat on the lovely rooftop terrace and they provided us with beers and wine. You would see a lovely view of the sunset from here but we weren’t around to see it. |The next night, we went on a camel safari. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel and felt assured that they were in good hands! |The hotel is in a nice location, a short walk (15 minutes) to the fort. The hotel is far enough off the main street that it is easy to have a good nights sleep without the sound of horns beeping all night! ||We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Jaisalmer!

Well decorated, clean and spacious rooms with spacious bathroom giving the feel of a luxury stay. The entire staff is very cordial and friendly. They did everything needed to make our stay in the hotel comfortable. They even arranged candle light dinner for our family on the rooftop which offers a beautiful view of the fort. They even offer desert camp and city tour package. It's only optional to take. Only feedback I would like to give is.. The quality of desert camp stay can be improved in terms of food. The rickshaw driver we were given for city tour was too salesy and constantly pestered us to taking to shopping, completely neglecting to take us to the tourist spots around the city. We had to sternly demand and also argue with him to take us to the tourist spots. Didn't like that experience. But if you are just planning to stay in the hotel, search nowhere else. This hotel is really good.
