Excellent place to stay. About 2 KMs from railway station. Jaisalmer fort is at walking distance from here. Best is the service provided by the staff. They arranged taxis, safaris, sight seeing and guided us about the places to visit in the best possible way. Overall had a wonderful stay at Nirmal Haweli and Jaisalmer

Best location with traditional accommodation. Pretty interior & elevation. Good behavior staff. We had nice experienced in this hotel.

Worst service and amenities provided. Owner of hotel is so rude and mannerless he is just behind looting money from the guests. They even not bothered to provide handwash which is must during prese t covid times.We experienced electricity current from tap water foecets while having bath. Toilet sprey was also not working. It was such a horrible stay. Please avoid or stay at your own risk.Such hotels should be banned from hospitality industry.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly here. Rooms were spacious and wonderfully decorated. Located near the fort. It was a peaceful stay. Food is also good. Recommended for stay.

Rooms were not cleaned. Pigeon feathers were there in room. No good service. only 1 person was there on duty. when asked, he replied, all staff was on leave. (how is it possible to grant leave to all staff at once?). When asked for hot water to freshened up, it was denied. No customer centric service. Breakfast was delayed. poor service.

Nice place to stay. Awesome food and great hospitality. I had booked this online and my train reached late. However the management had nearly packed our food and served us at 12 AM. They also provided assistance to travel to Sum and back. our bags were with them and next day gave us place & room to freshen up and change.

Hotel was bit costly compare to availability of amenities at this rate. Staff was very helpful and they were prompt in giving you the service. We booked three rooms, and there was sealen outside the bathroom wall and room was smelly because of that. Overall Experience was good.
