Great ambience and views. Bit pricey but worth it. Staff needs more training. Good to see service staff from North east. Food was normal. Worth a visit for special occasions

Absolutely Awful Experience - Avoid at All Costs. When we walked in, things seemed promising with a nice atmosphere and a great view, but that’s where the positives ended. What followed was an absolute disaster. We waited over an hour for our mains to arrive, despite being told it would take 15-20 minutes when we placed our order. After such a long wait, we had completely lost our appetite. And when the food finally arrived, it was a massive letdown—definitely not the “fine dining” they claim to offer. It was barely on par with a typical local Indian restaurant in the UK, if that. During our wait, we watched three other tables come in, order, eat, and leave—all before our food even made it to the table. These tables had arrived after us, yet somehow managed to finish their entire meal and leave while we were still waiting. The timing here is seriously bad and completely unacceptable. We asked to speak to the manager three times to address the delay for our mains. No one came. Eventually, we had to go find the manager ourselves. When she finally arrived, she was dismissive and made excuses, insisting that the food had been on time (it wasn’t) and claiming that we had asked for our starters first (we hadn’t, we wanted everything served together). It was clear she wasn’t even willing to take responsibility or address the issues. Frankly, she completely lacked the professionalism that you need as a manager. The experience was so bad that I started writing this review from the table because they were taking that long. To top it all off, it took us an additional 30 minutes just to pay the bill. The entire experience was a joke. I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I strongly recommend that you avoid this place at all costs! Save your time, money, and patience—do not go here!

Amazing Restaurant. Heritage ambience with modern cuisine. Amazing collection of Vintage cars. Food was very good and service was efficient. Enjoyed the evening with family. Cannot write a review for rooms because, we did not stay there. But assuming that they too must be worth a stay.

I had received a very mixed feedback of the place. Some say its good, and some were highly disappointed. As for me, I liked the place, the location, the ambience. The staff was also very courteous and polite(unlike previous feedbacks received). However there is always a room for improvement. At such a place one cant say that cold water is not available, it is funny to hear that. The standards of the whiskey glasses also require a change. A fine dine restaurant like yours ought to have atleast proper crystal cut whiskey glasses. However I think the lighting and the overall lighting I mean especially in the garden section can also be slightly more well lit. It was decent but not sufficient. The liquor menu doesn’t boast as much, but more variety is present in the bar. I dont know if it is allowed to be served, because if it is then you need to put it on cards. If not then my apologies. The food was delicious and fresh, and well made. But seeing the rates I think the portions that are being served can be increased. No doubt the food is outstanding but the portions served are slightly lesser to the rates being charged. I had a fantastic time and I certainly would recommend this place, but as described earlier only these small improvements shall ensure perfection!

Looks are deceptive is an adage that is superbly applicable to this hotel. We , a group of 10 from the defence fraternity visited the restaurant for dinner.What followed was a pathetic experience. Very poor service, uncooked snacks and disinterested management Long wait for drinks & snacks and finally the food which never came as after more than an hour and a half long wait, we had to cancel and leave. Such a beautiful ambiance but a big disappointment and let down on the restaurant!!!!

I recently visited this restaurant for dinner, and unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. We waited nearly an hour for our order to be delivered, despite being repeatedly told it would be ready in 10 minutes. The long wait time was very frustrating, and the staff did not seem to have a good handle on the order status or timing. I hope the restaurant can improve their efficiency and communication with customers to provide a better dining experience in the future.

We went to have dinner at Khas Bagh today. I must say the service is utterly pathetic. We wanted to escalate this to the manager Shane as usual he was unavailable nor he answered our call. We waited for 45 minutes for main course to arrive. And left the restaurant after just having the starters. Is this what you call customer service is? Also we had to go to the other part of the restaurant to pay our starters bill. The waiters are so lethargic to even get the bill. All the waiters were running around the restaurant like headless chicken. Bad service zero customer service and top it all the manager is not available.

Food is delicious. People in the restaurant are very courteous and attentive. Very very happy to be here. Look forward to meet them again. Value for money too👍👍 Will recommend definitely
