Hotel City Center - Hotel in Jodhpur

It was indeed a good experience while staying there. Staff is very good from Checkin to checkout. Facilities are okay Service was good Food taste also okay But the place is little noisy If staying in Jodhpur, you can choose to stay in this hotel as it is in the middle of the city and wherever you are going the place will be nearer to this hotel

The hotel was good but it did not meet my expectations. It was okay per se. We didn't have any issues but the rooms could have been slightly better. The best part was that it is at walking distance from railway station. Also there is a big bazaar located just nearby so that is a added bonus in case anyone needs anything. The bedding is good. The room was just okay. The room service was good too.

Rooms are dirty, repairable and with broken utilities. No one is bothered for customer complaints. Very un professional behavior of staff including senior staff. Employed some un experienced staff. They don't now how to behave. This hotel is of non star rating. Only the very bad experience during my 11 days Rajasthan visit. Highly non recommendable. If you want to pleasure and comfort during your trip then not book room in this hotel.

Don't ever book these hotel ,worest experience ever,rooms smell so bad ,bathroom has no fan or ventilation so the smell stays there and room only ,sticky bathroom, unhygenic, no proper hand wash or shower gels provided, no hot water even when we complained they said now they have put on the heater 5min it will come ,so if u go in winter Don't even think of booking, beds were so bad spring is so bad we have feel the sound we couldn't sleep ,and u can't sleep because there is train sound 24/7,food is ok ok not so good ,lift is also very old

Not a very pleasant stay. Location is right next to the railway station and hence its very noisy here. Very to sleep if you are light sleeper. Bad experience. There were not complimentary water bottles provided in the room. Bedsheets and towels were unclean. We had paid for extra guests but no extra towels provided for the extra person. Very unthoughtful. Food was not good at all. We had to eat outside. Won't recommend it.

Worst hotel to stay in whole Jodhpur. No running hot water, you have to call and ask them to start the hot water. No door mat is provided in the room of bathroom plus no amenities kit provided. They only gave 1 bottle of water for 2 days of stay. Breakfast service was poor without proper cutlery. Most important it is next to railway track & station and you will not be able to sleep due to hoking of railways engines. They charged me 8000 for 2 night and ruined my vacation. Please do not go with the photos of their hotel on internet as they are from when this hotel was new. Rooms are dirty 7 with damp walls.

Excellent services provided by the hotel, staff are very cooperative and food was excellent. Cheery on the top Ashish Trivedi sir front desk manager very sincere and helpful, must stay for corporate client, easily accessible through Railway station.
