The hotel and the rooms are very old, not well maintained, especially the toilets. But it has a huge gated parking lot.

My Ideal Room My ideal room is inside a grand two floor French chateau which is located in a hilly countryside with quiet and cool environment. My room is large and spacious, two hundred meters square in area and seven meters high. It is rectangular in shape. It is on the first floor of the house. Ventilated from three sides it has total six wide windows allowing refreshing breeze and sunlight to flow in. All windows have a frosted pearly- green sliding glass and two wooden shutters with delicately carved geometrical patterns. A ribcage of thin and neatly welded iron bars run horizontally across each window. The curtains are silk, off-white with vivid floral designs. All the doors are of teak wood painted milk white. The floor is tiled with red and white marble in an alternate, chessboard-like way, covered over by a gray carpet with blue zigzags. The walls are covered with light blue wallpaper with textured design. The ceiling is white decorated with colorful mirror work. There are three chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. They have diamond-like crystal beads hanging from golden octagonal frames fitted with bulbs that are veiled over by small glass shells. There are four wall fans and three air conditions in the room. My room has a king size bed with two drawers on either side. There is a grey iron cupboard for clothes. There is a silent reading area with my study table and three bookcases containing my favorite story books, interesting course books, encyclopedias and reference books etc. There is a glass magazine table with a comfortable armchair.

Heritage hotel is on the main road.Rooms are spacious.Paintings and wall hangings shows Rajasthani culture. Airport,Ummaid Bhawan Palace and Clock Tower all are within 2-3 km. Room rent moderate.The man in charge is very much cooperative and helpful.Food is good and so is the service.

Hotel building reminds of Rajasthani heritage , Condition of rooms are average Phone lines are dead, Televisions not working, Air conditioners are in poor condition, Water supply is irregular. Open ground around hotel gives a pleasant vibe parking facility available. inside restaurant is almost closed no chefs are available.

The room is good, the hotel is themed as rajasthani and there are rajasthani painting all.over wall in the room. The food served here is good as well. Hotel has got nice big lawn in front of it for kids to play in it. The infrastructure's old but good. Cleanliness is maintained throughout the hotel. Also it is near the jodhpur junction which is real helpful

Horrible experience. The condescending hotel manager seems to differ from the prices set by oyo. The rooms are not at all worth the price they ask for. Shabby rooms and rude people. Got stranded there for over three hours as they won't give us rooms for the apparently "low" price in which we booked the rooms from goibibo. OYO and goibibo had to fight a long war before they let us in. And truly speaking the hotel management ask for a whopping 1000-1500 for rooms that are not worth even a 300. Truly disappointing.

I usually don't write reviews but this was horrible experience, i wasted my time and money. Hotel structure is old and less maintained the only good part is it's centrally located, i asked them specifically for clean washroom before checkin but somehow they neglected it, yellow dirty water as uploaded in picture, parking is behind there lawn which is open ground with weeds growing all around nearby plots are filthy smelling dumping grounds there was a snake near us when we parked i also informed staff but they gave a smirk. There was light cut out for whole night they somehow managed a generator which was again shut down at 7 am, on complaining about water manager hardly cared, i checkout early to other hotel. Either our 2 days were really unlucky or the hotel is really bad, good luck if you are booking this one.

There is an old saying in hindi " dur ke dhol suhawane lgte h " this hotel totally fits in it! worst! worst! worst! I stayed there during my official visit to jodhpur and i was totally scared. this hotel is full of drunkers (staff + owner +manager). the way they respond is just pathetic. room service is pathetic ..have to ask multiple times for basic needs. OYO is ruining its brand name by giving such hotels its name. The managers GOPAL SINGH & RAJENDRA GAUR are so rude, asked for extra money, forced to use their own oyo referal coupn code. I strongly recommend NOT to visit this hotel at any cost ... there are so many good options.I am sure roadside dhabas are much better option, safer than this particular hotel. Any visitor specially females ...please please avoid this hotel if u want urself safe and secure..they all are mad people, drunkers, drugers and abusers ,,,,worst experience of life !!!!!
