I recently stayed at Hotel City Square and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect, situated close to popular attractions and with easy access to public transportation. Rooms: The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed with a modern aesthetic. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like a coffee maker and complimentary bottled water. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything spotless. Service: The staff was exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient

The hotel is located near the railway station. The rooms, services as well as food is excellent. I stayed with my family for 3 days. I strongly recommend this property in Jodhpur. Thanks to Mr. Amit Paliwal

Booked this hotel through Expedia, I advice all travellers not to book this hotel. Garbage hotel. Arrived to this hotel at 10pm we checked in and as per our booking we requested 3 beds. We told reception we need 3 beds, they said they could provide. When we got to our room, it was dirty and there were only 2 single beds when the company advertised 2 twin beds. There were mosquitoes everywhere in the hotel including our room, the bedsheets were dirty and there was a bug on the bed and on the floor. I don’t know who gave this hotel 5 stars if I could I would give it no stars. The staff brought us a mattress for the third person to sleep on the floor. How can someone sleep on the floor with bugs everywhere. We asked for a bed not a mattress. If they could not accommodate 3 people in one room they should have not advertised that. We told the staff about the room and they proceeded to show us 2 other rooms. However, these rooms were no different then the first one. We checked out of the hotel as it was dirty and unpleasant to spend the night in, and no one should be sleeping on the floor. Upon our checkout, we spoke to the manager on the phone and he said he could show us another room, however we declined as he could not accommodate for 3 people.

Tv didn't work. Fridge didn't work. Hot shower didn't work. Breakfast which was included was bad. Awful experience.

Our stay was alright, but there are several areas that need attention. The rooms have seepage issues that need to be fixed, and the bathrooms could use a thorough cleaning and update. The food was tasty, but the service, from room to kitchen, was not up to par. We even faced questions about ordering another bottle of water. Although the hotel has potential, it requires a significant makeover.

Had wonderful experience during my stay in Hotel City Square, Jodhpur. I could say that Team City Square is very professional, well behaved and happy to assist you on all the occasions. Rooms of the hotel are spacious, neat & clean and well maintained with all amenities under reasonable tariff. It is very near to Railway station and other main destinations. Last but not the least, food was very toothsome. Thank you Mr Amit Paliwal, Mr Sunil and other staff for your gentle gesture and hospitality.
